I have rented from this location several times in this last rental was the worst rental ever.

Return could have been smoother

Yacov nThe staff was late to open i needed to rent in a timely manner. Staff was courteous once they arrived. I found a cockroach in my food bag when I returned to the vehicle. I would make sure vehicles are cleaned and exterminated.
Tiffany TI think the personnel is nice and competent but that was my thrird U-Haul place I was sent to after I made a reservation with the U-Haul in Koreatown which by the way had plenty of 10 feet trucks. Very bad customer service by your call center. I was sent with my wife to a very unsafe location (Frozen Forks 4417 S Western Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90062 which did have anyone available to assist.

Stewart GSounds like on average at least in the area that U-Haul receives outage down problems monthly. It happened to be on the Saturday I scheduled it for and had to wait hours to get my order seen as the system was down. It absolutely ruined my scheduled plans for my move and became very difficult and troublesome. Wasn’t the locations fault but the company’s and if it weren’t for the incredible staff, I would have made a major complaint. You are lucky to have the team there with the patience they have and extra hard work they have to deal with often. I’ll likely book with another company in the future as I don’t want to risk another horrible situation I was put in.

Eugene SDelray I think that's how you spell his name. Very professional. He get you in. He get you out. Great customer service to watch him navigate work with the people on the phone. And also taking care of the people in the line. It was only him. He was running back and forth. To assist each and every one of us. I have came to the store many times to pick up boxes plastic wrap tape. One U-Haul one van. He's always wearing a smile on his face no matter how long them lines get. Some people can be rude but I love the way he handles it!!! Going above and beyond to assist. Thank you for your great customer services. And don't let me let me forget about the men when it's time to return the equipment and the rental. They are very professional as well.

JAMES TAt the pickup location, all of the employees I interacted with were very pleasant, professional, and helpful. They assisted me with adjusting the hitch ball position and properly attaching the trailer, and made sure everything was secured and ready before I left. The manager on duty (whose name I unfortunately do not recall) was especially efficient and hands-on. He was clearly multitasking and actively moving between customers and tasks, ensuring things kept moving smoothly while still taking the time to make sure my rental was properly set up. Overall, the pickup experience was quick, well-organized, and positive.
