U-Haul was not able to get me the size trailer I reserved. I was pulling with a small car and was forced to tow a bigger trailer. Up sizing the customer at no extra charge is not helping the customer. If I reserve a specific size I expect to get that size. They offered the size I needed but I had to drive about forty miles to pick it up. I thought that was unacceptable. I felt helpless and very frustrated as this was my first time pulling a trailer. The staff at the location of the rental were great but it made them look bad. It was not their fault as I reserved online. I could keep going on how disappointed I was with U-Haul but not sure if anything would change.

However, when we arrived the entrance and exit were blocked by vehicles. It would have been good to know this before we showed up.

Kenya WPrioritizing people who have made a reservation ahead of time would be great. The main guy that works here is great but I always get stuck behind people making a reservation from scratch when I've done everything online ahead of time before I arrive.

SUNG SWhen I first walked into the establishment, I was greeted with welcome to U-Haul then asked how can they help me? They were able to assist me with great customer service and professionalism. I will definitely continue to rent from this U-Haul place and refer a friend.
ANGELA MI had a wonderful experience driving the 15 ft Uhaul truck. The staff was knowledgeable and polite. The van was clean and tidy. The only complaint is that the steering was a little off. There was some play in keeping it straight and had to be always adjusting it to stay within the lane.

ALBERT SThe transmission on this truck was Awful . I tried to bring it back but there were no more trucks that size.. I could only drive the streets at 20 to 25 mph. Cars was driving around me. . The dom light refuse to turn off and I had to drive back in the night with it on
ANDE BI don't know if they have new staff but, this time around very fast in and out. I didn't have to waste a lot of time waiting to pick up the equipment. Same on return. They instructed me where to wait and after they finished with another customer checked in the return.

REBA SI was not happy because I have never used Uhaul and I was not instructed about the kind of gas to put in it. Then there were no instructions on how to return the vehicle. I was charged for having to drive around to access the proper entrance. I didn't feel comfortable driving the vehicle the driver's seat made it hard to see both sides clearly. I just think it was a rip off because I put $30 worth of gas in the vehicle and it was like I didn't put any in it.
