The location itself was fine and the gentleman that assisted me during check in was very helpful. My only knock is that I discovered that a hose responsible for fuel has been cut on the vehicle. I found this out after stopping for gas only to have the fuel I was pumping spill right onto the floor. This caused a significant delay in my move as I had to wait for roadside assistance to come and service the vehicle.

Kristian BAfter hours return is critical for a lot of customers including myself. This location had 0 possible way of doing an after hours return because of trucks blocking the entrance. There should always be lots of open space for customers to comfortably return equipment after hours. The staff here on the other hand is excellent and among the best I have experienced. Really great people working here.

ULISES AThe staff did not secure my car properly on the trailer the straps that were to hold the car in place kept coming off the tires every couple of miles I had to contact roadside services the person that arrived was able to secure my car properly and explained to me that Uhaul in Los Angeles didn’t properly strap the car this was quite upsetting to me my car could’ve been damaged
