I think someone was missing on that day and it kind of put everybody behind their schedule. Always great service by the staff nonetheless

Rampal JI went in same time for a Curt 56370 custom 4 flat wiring connector and ALL INVENTORY was in the back store (garage). For a walk in customer, those items are not advertised. I have to go by myself and discovered them some hanging on hinges and others in mess-up box and all of them very dirty/dusty. Worst thing is there’s a lot if empty hooks on main in-front floor, that shows an empty store.

Francesco PThe staff are great. I reserved a 4' X 7' trailer to deliver a 42'' X 44'' pallet. I was shown a trailer with clear markings on it displaying 4' X 7' in two areas. As i looked carefully, the trailer seemed narrower than 48''. I asked the staff if it was 48'' wide since i needed to transport a pallet. I was assured that the markings were accurate. I did not have a measuring tape with me. I pinned the trailer and left. I soon realized as I tried to put pallet in that indeed the trailer was 38''. I had to return and exchange the trailer, with an upgrade surcharge. The problem was not the employees at this location but that someone in the Maritimes (where trailer was plated) had made a mistake when installing the dimension stickers.

ALBERTO LMy issue is not with this location...its what got me here. I had a 7am reservation at the Uhaul on Cremazie mtl. I got to the appointement did the check in and all with my info and they noticed they didnt have a car transporter trailer..... so they scrambled to find me one.... Luckily it was only a small detour but my main issue was I expectèd to leave at the latest 7:45Am from Cremazie and left the the Pie IX location well past 9:15Am. Plus the additional 10min detour and km I had to add on my Uhaul pick up rental. I had a 11h drive to that delayed my entire trip. SPYRIDON PI rented my truck for 9AM. I arrived at 9AM and had to wait for 45 minutes in line before I could have my truck. Alll the customers in the store were in the same situation. When I droped my truck at the end of the day at the other location in Laplaine, they didin't have the information of the truck in there system. Very poor srrvice.

Nazih NThe location is difficult to get to. I returned the vehicle after hours and the parking lot was so completely full and the entrance so blocked, there almost wasn't any space for me to park/drop off the vehicle. I almost had to leave the vehicle on the sidewalk.

Sylvie Fhorrible service. i was given a truck parked in an impossibly tight space, with the wrong fuel level indicated on the contract. at multiple times when i required assistance, both picking up and returning the truck, employees were on their private phone. renting a u-haul truck is rarely a pleasant experience, but this time really set a new low.

Pier-Luc LTrailer was not clean and service was very slow and payed for a 24h rental which they wanted me to bring it back before 6pm. I rented the trailer October 10 2025. At 1:00pm and they asked me to bring it back for 6:00pm the same day. Never again 👎

giovanni nI reserved a 15-footer, and the same day they told me they couldn't find a 15-footer, so I'd have a 10-footer. I had to make two round trips instead of one, and I had to sell two pieces of furniture that didn't fit in the 10-footer. Very disappointed. No compensation.

MERIEM NLocation: Difficile d'en sortir, beaucoup de trafic même le dimanche. Peu d'endroits pour stationner le temps d'aller chercher le camion. Employés courtois et serviables. Toutefois, il nous a fallu près d'une heure pour récupérer le camion car ça prend beaucoup de temps pour attendre en ligne et remplir la paperasse même si on avait déjà réservé. Comme à chaque fois, bug avec l'application. Près de 30 min perdues à faire le check Up. Il est impossible de télécharger une photo de l'odomètre si le km n'est pas le bon. L'application dit que nous avons dépassé le nombre de photos permises alors impossible de finaliser le check Up.

Martin Vi arrived 30 minutes before pickup, and it took two hours to complete the transaction. It was a Friday, the place was buys, buys, busy and there were two staff on duty. The trailer I was first matched up with did not have a working left side tail light. I cleaned up the connections myself, scrounged a separate connection cord for the lights to no avail. When I was able to attract the attention of the person I was working with, he directed me to a second trailer. This trailer was inaccessible by my tow vehicle, so I had to maneuver it out, by hand, by myself to a spot where i could access it. This trailer was fine. and the rest of the rental was fine. Two things. The gentleman I worked with was very helpful to the limits he was able, as he juggled an impossible work load. Kudos to him.The other gentleman, wearing the UHaul shirt emblazoned with the word 'Manager' left at 5. Why on a busy Friday this would be so, is a question someone should be asking. UHaul as a company provides a needed service that millions use. The equipment is generally fine. The weak points to the system are the web-based pre-registration system, which is a crock and always duplicated on arrival, and the service levels at your main terminals, such as this one. Which beyond the skill and willingness of the staff on duty, rates a dismal F due to the fact that there was no way they could service the pickups and dropoffs that were happening.
IANR DI made a reservation, when I went to get the car they told me they overbooked it and they didn`t have the car. I asked if there would be another branch with the car available and they made a reservation for the other place 45 minutes later. When I arrived at the other branch they told me they didn`t have the car as well. However they managed to do a third reservation that worked. I started moving a 13:00 instead of 10:00 because of all the delays and could not move everything. Now I have a sofa in a property I can not access and I`m trying to see with the landlord how can I pick it up. No professionalism whatsoever, worse company I`ve seen in my life.

PRINCY ETruck malfunctioned 3 times, I had to call roadside each time and wait an insane amount of time, I lost a whole day over this. Asked for movers which never showed up and only managed to reach customer service after 5 attempts, 6 hours after ordering help with movers. I had a terrible experience
Rafaelle DWhen I took the truck the guy inside told me to bring the truck with 1/2 of gaz and when I took the truck I realise the gaz was at 3/8 so i called the guy to say the gaz is not at the same level of gaz and i took a picture and then he told me to keep the picture that they will change it and he never did it so when i brough back they charge me for gaz even if i brought with more gaz then when i took it ,so very bad experience so now i have to call and try to figure out how uhaul will refund my money of gaz very disappointed expérience

Marion SGet competant employees. The gas tank nozzle was broken and I could not fill it up. I have a video attached. I advised the employee who then went on to open it with pliers. At that point he advised me to go fill it up at the station or I would be charged 59$. The employee called the manager and he did absolutely nothing. Absolutely atrocious service will never book from them again.
