Tout était bien; seulement le temps d'attente pour prendre possession de la location, surtout que c'était une réservation en ligne. Peut-être faudrait-il opter pour prioriser les gens avec réservations puisque nous payons pour un temps X, et nous prenons le bien plus tard que prévu. Ou trouve le moyen d'adapter l'application pour les réservations en ligne; une méthode pour prendre possession sans contact. J'apporte seulement mon point de vue. Sinon, les employés super courtois et professionnels. Merci

CLAUDE BLe service a été impeccable. Le personnel à l'accueil a été efficace et courtois. Nous avons eu de l'aide pour attacher la remorque à la voiture. Je suis très satisfaite. Bravo!
MARIE JQuand je suis arrivé, les 2 employés parlaient et moi j'attendais. J'ai dû leur dire "Excuser j'ai une réservation"; j'avais l'impression de les déranger. N'ayant aucune instructions, je me suis installé devant le premier comptoir libre, ils continuaient à discuter; après quelques temps me dire "aller voir mon collègue". Je me suis levé, je suis allé voir le collègue, la discussion continuait entre les 2 personnes. Le collègue pas vite, a finalement réussi à m'imprimer ma réservation. Dehors, je recule mon véhicule devant un traileur. Il a gardé son cellulaire dans sa main gauche pour prendre beaucoup de temps avec sa mains droite pour viser l'attacher à mon hitch; vraiement pas vite. Une autre personne arrive près de nous avec sa réservation pour dire "c'est mon traileur". Le collègue est retourné à l'intérieur pour changer ma réservation. Il me dit: aller vous reculer vis à vis ce 2e traileur. Une fois reculé s'apercevoir que le fil électrique est brisé. Il me dit reculer vous à ce traileur (un 3e traileur). Retourne changer ma réservation. Enfin une fois le traileur installé en arrière de ma voiture, ça lui a pris 2 minutes pour prendre 2 photos de l'attache du traileur. Soyer assuré que je ne retournerai JAMAIS à cette station UHAUL. Très insatisfait du service reçu.
Fred EThe employee mistakenly put 25hours for the rental while it was 24h in the reservation. When we asked why the price was double, didn’t try to help and just said that he couldn’t do anything. When we showed him the reservation, he went back and checked but didn’t apologize, just said « something » happened

SERGE PStaff extremely unprofessional.. you ask them questions and they show you that’s it’s bothering them. They answer their phone while there’s 5 people waiting in line. Overall a really poor experience.
ALAA FService on the yard is very poor. If you don’t hook and unhook the equipment your self on check in and check out, you would spend there hours.
GINO BTerrible customer service. Tried to call a couple times to inform I would late to drop off and they left me on hold and were very rude. Won’t use this location again.

ALAIN ALe services était extrémement lent. On m'a demander de payer un surplus pour ne niveau dessence. Quand j'ai affirmé que le niveau était idendique qu'à la possésion, on m'a affirmer le contraire en me demandant des preuves. Quand j'ai donné la photo du odomètre, on m'a répondu qu'il y avais une petite diférence. J'ai pris une autre photo qui montrait dans aucun doute que les niveaux avant et après était identiques. Le tout m'a fait perdre 15 minute de plus dans ompté les 30 minutes déjà perdu pour le services exagérément lent. Aucune excuse, juste un expression constante d'une incompétense et d'un service dès plus déplorable.
MARTIN LQuand je prenais le camion, le réservoir était rempli à 1/8ème. Uhaul m'a dit que si je le ramène au 1/4, on va me créditer de 22 $ et si c'est plus que les 1/4, je serais crédité de la différence. J'ai ramené au 1/2 (même supérieur au 1/2) mais j'ai été crédité seulement de 22 $. J'ai donc rappelé la succursale qui m'a promis de me rappeler dans la journée du 1er avril 2025, mais cela n'a jamais été fait. Je réclame les 70$ de carburant que j'ai mis en plus du 1/4" Merci Aboubacar Fofana 514-616-5005

Malika II usually don’t write reviews but I think U-Haul company would benefit from knowing that this location is run horribly. It’s my 3 time renting over the last few months & this it’s our closest location. We do everything with the online form (which works well - thank you!) and all we need to do at the location is pick up our key, which should be a 5 min process max, but every time it takes about 1 hour. There are often no people serving and the line goes out the door. When there is service, It takes about 30min for them to help one person, and overall it’s an extremely frustrating process. Especially because we can often see the key we need hanging on the wall and we just need to hand it over. Once we have the key we have had times where the exit is blocked by other cars even though the parking lot has free space to park in. The employees are very unhelpful and it seems that not only are they not trying, it’s seems like they are trying to give bad service. Anyway, I think you get the picture. I definitely think this location needs a review on how it’s run and some attention. I really think a few small changes would make a big change in customer satisfaction.

Mon contrat disait 1/4 de tank , il a essayé de me chargé des frais de 10$ sois disant qu'il n'était pas au 1/4.. il m'a chargé 10$ pour un diable pour électroménager qu'il m'a pas donné que j'ai du faire du kilométrage supplémentaires pour en avoir un à une autre succursale... J'ai pas demandé de diable a boîte et il est déjà dans le camion sa été utilisé oui mais c'est une astuce à 7$ pour leur poche..Et essayer de me charger 2 fois le montant de location de base 19.95$. Le gérant lui-même ose m'obstiné que la facture est normale, aucun professionnalisme ni jovialité très insatisfait surtout de la part du gérant lui-même qui normalement représente la succursale Pie-IX de Montréal-nord.. ha et on est au Québec ici donc on calcule en métric sois en km et non en miles car 35 miles x 1.92$ = 67.2 et 56.327 km x 1.19$ = 67.02$ 😅 0.18$ x combien de cave dans une année qui loue chargé au miles beaucoup d'argent facile à crosser ceux qui font confiance aveuglément au commis ou au gérant qui leur remet une facture bourré d'erreur pour le plus d'argent dans leur poche $$$$

Lucien BAlthough this location was good, the day I Picked up the truck in Ottawa, the app game me the option to select the drop off location which it was close to my destination. When I arrived there, I was told that I needed to drop off the truck at the other end of the city. I got a text message with this instruction 15 mins while a was driving to the destination I selected. I called the service number and they told me the same thing. I don't understand why I had the option to select the drop off destination and why it is needed to enter the address where I am moving to if the company chooses the drop off destination wherever it is not convenient to the client. I will decently look for another truck renting option,.

Sylvie BYour roadside assistance service is not client-centered at all - I wasted a full day after a mechanical failure of the van I had rented. Roadside assistance insisted all day on sending “providers” who could not fix the problem. The van was finally towed at 8 PM - twelve hours after the first mechanical failure.

I Had to wait 1 hour to get the truck because the service was so slow. this wait cause me a lot of problem. The truck was dirty inside, smelled like cigarettes. The worst truck I’ve rented ever!

MAMADY INous avons eu notre camion deux heures en retard. Nous avons attendu 2h en file et les 2 employés prenaient leur temps. Lorsque je suis arrivé à la caisse l’employé soupirait, ne répondait pas à mes questions et me riait au visage. Pire expérience. Si jamais pu noter zéro je l’aurais fait.

EDIZABELY GHi, The person who assist me was friendly and respectful but there was a crazy guy with funky shaped beard apparently an employee, absolutely doesn't understands how to handle clients and repeatedly attempting to show he is somebody important. He started shouting at me when he honked at me to call me and when I told him that the agent inside already explained everything he got mad at me, saying he works for the company and he have the right to check the guys are doing a good job. He really bugged me for no reason at least 4 times. Please just give him a manager badge already because he won't stop until so.
MD HMa première réservation n’a pas pu être honorée car le bureau n’était pas ouvert. Alors qu’elle aurai du. Ensuite l’autre bureau au quel on m’a envoyer j’ai du attendre 1h00 car l’employer était seul et inefficace. Seul la personne au service clients a été exemplaire dans son travail.

This is ridiculous had movers that I paid 100$/hour waiting. Your customer service told me there is nothing to do and to wait there , the other places were also opening at 10. I had to figured out myself and called every location and then I find that the pie 9 location was open before 10. Why I had to find myself ? Why didnt you proposed me that? Why you book customers to a place that is closed ? Why did i had to do the detour and waste my time and money ? I already did business with you before and its the first time its bad. Dont think i will do business with you again if nothing else is done. I manage a business myself and that cant happen to your customers.

David CMy location for pickup was changed once I summited my reservation
juan mI was redirected to this location from another as there were no 15' truck at the one I wanted. I had a self pickup planned before opening hours, but the application did not work as intended and told me to call U-Haul assistance. I did, waited 15 minutes to reach the assistance, and they hung up on me directly without even giving me a chance to talk. At this point, it was 10 minutes before opening hours, so I waited for the employees to arrive instead of trying to go through the phone assistance once again. I am really glad that I arrived only 30 minutes before opening hours. If I planned my moving day differently and arrived a few hours before opening hours, I would have been stuck without a truck and my day would have been completely ruined I would not recommend the self pick up AT ALL TO ANYONE. We were about 6 people trying to go in the store when it opened, all of them were in the same situation as I was and were pissed. Once we managed to get in, the employees were stressed and a little rude considering all of our situations. They botched their job and marked the fuel level in the truck at half, whilst it was really neat a quarter full only. It is about a 40$ difference in gas. I only noticed this a mile after leaving, as they pushed me to leave quickly to make space as they were disorganized. I should have had the time, and they should have told me to validate all the information.

GILLES FLes camions devraient être vérifiés avant que les clients en prennent possession. Le système de lave-vitre ne fonctionnait pas et lorsque je m’en suis rendu compte , le camion était chargé. J’ai réservé aussi des couvertures de déménagement, elles ne m’ont pas été remises et ma facture semble indiquer que j’ai payé pour elle ainsi que pour un diable que je n’avais pas réservé à ma connaissance.
MICHEL Pque le Cardenas qui nous est fournis fonctionne et avoir un endroit pour laissé notre auto lors de la prise du camion a part ca le personnel super sympatrique
JACQUES PLors de mon arrivée tout était OK parcontre lorsqu'il a été venu d'attaché la remorque il y avait un fil de brisé ce qui a causé un délai d'une quinzaine de minutes. Alors il faudrait inspecté vôtre matériel.

Vincent DArrived at opening to pickup a reserved 15’ truck. Parking lot was a mess and there was a huge lineup . Only got my truck an hour after my reservation time and I was told to bring back the truck at the same time . Truck was dirty and had a seatbelt sensor malfunction where it wouldn’t stop beeping even if my belt was tied. At the end , when dropping the truck , there was nobody there to take care of the inspection and I had to run around to find someone . That took another 30 min. In brief : service was poor and slow
ALEXANDRE BI had a bad experience today. When I returned the truck, I encountered an employee who works outside. He seemed very angry and treated people inappropriately, using aggressive language and threatening gestures. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope management will take action to address this situation and promote respectful behavior so that customers feel supported and welcomed.
