HEDI KI would like to recommend that you trailers need to have a hitch jack so an individual could unhook the trailer by them self. I wanted to return it after hours but unfortunately could not unhook it because your enclosed trailers are to heavy. Why do your 12 foot open box have and not others.
Gary HThe check-in process was slow and took 30+ minutes. Once the vehicle was return an extra charge was added for $50, stating that the level was 1/8 of the tank. However, the car was return with slightly more than 1/4 of tank (photo of the gas gauge at the point of return can be provided as proof). As soon as I received the new charge I called the office. I was on waiting for 30+ min, and once they answered they told me there was nothing they could do to fix the problem, that I could go to the office on workdays to talk to the manager "and see what can be done", and directly hung up the phone without providing any other help. A concern was submitted to present the case along with one picture of the gas gauge at the u-haul center. Pending answer from u-haul costumer service.
Miguel AEasy drop-off experience, but the attendant seemed a bit confused. I'm not sure his software was working very well, but we got it sorted out! Also, I don't speak French very well, and the attendant chose to continue to speak extremely fast. Slow down!!! :)
EVAN GThe employee Praise Bemako was excellent . He was a true gentleman and very courteous. This individual truly knows how to treat a customer with class. You should hire more personell like him. I will continue to keep renting from U Haul.

ANDRII DI submitted my order online, when I arrived at the center nothing was available for the team. I had ordered to rent all the moving equipment for my move but none was translated in my order finally, I had no equipment in my trailer. There’s no process for fulfilling orders, everything is improvised like a poorly run business.

Dimitrios GReserved for a self-check 20' truck at 7am (over a week in advance), and showed up at 7am on April 6 only to find out that the app wasn't letting me check out the truck, called U-Haul and was told the truck I reserved wasn't available in the system for me to take it without having to come back when the office is open and speaking with someone from U-Haul. So I come back 2 hours later when the office opens at 9am, only to find out nobody is there to open the office. I end up waiting until 9:15-20 when someone arrives and I finally get my truck at 9:30am... 2.5 hours later than reserved. Will never come back to this location if I don't have to.
Antoine CThe customer service at this place used to be much friendlier! The taller guy was really rude when I went to rent the trailer! I didn't even use the trailer! I just rented it and returned it within 1 hour because I wanted to buy a motorcycle, but the seller sold it to someone else and left me a message! So they waited there with the uhaul for an hour before it was my turn again and they said they were sorry I rented the trailer and I can't get my money back! They didn't even try to do anything! I asked them if this was possible, how could they help me? They said no and walked away.

XX PI had the wrost experience with U-haul, this was my first time using your service, and it was terrible. First of all I was tricked by the girl who was handling my truck rental case, she didn't explain about the truck details, what I had to do when I picked up and delivered the truck. It was my first time and no one told me anything. The gas tank was 1/4 and she registered 1/2 in the uhaul system, I didn't check this info, because I was believing in her and uhaul. I drove the truck for 11KM and they charged me 140 dolars more, because they said that I used a lot of fuel, which was a lie. You just need to check the Kilometres, it is impossible the use too much fuel in 11KM. I made a complaint in the uhaul chat on their website, they opened a case number 5228537 and asked me to wait 3 days for someone call me. This is the worst service so far.

MICHEL DI had reserved a 15 foot truck in the warehouse at 306 Crémazie, I had the order confirmation in my email, but they said the truck was not there. They told me I had to go to the other side of town, to 8101 boulevard Montreal-Toronto. I had to take an Uber there. Once I arrived, they have me a truck that wasn't able to start. So they gave me another truck, but didn't update the contract, that gave me no confirmation that they were giving me a different truck, with a different plate number and milage. I asked for a new contract and they said it wasn't necessary. I had to tell them that I wasn't leaving without a new contract for them to reluctantly give it to me. The truck itself had wear and tear damages all over. Finally, it took me a long while to find the box to drop off the keys. It was not easy to find at all. U-haul provided me the worst service I would imagine.
GERMAN EWhen I got the truck, the fuel level was so low that by the time I drove from this location to my apartment the truck was so empty it actually stalled in the middle of the street and I had to run to a gas station for a gas can. I had to fill it up over the level it was at to be able to take it back to the depot. I think that if the location is far out on the highway like this one, they should keep the minimum gas level higher just to be able to make it into the city.
Bronwyn PEntretenir vos camions car il y avait un problème mécanique avec la boîte à vitesse et heureusement qu'on avait pas de longue distance à parcourir. Être moins désagréable au comptoir; on a eu un bon service quand on a pris le truck mais quand on la retourné, on est tombé sur 2 monsieurs et l'un des 2( le plus expérimenté apparemment) était très désagréable et à la limite de l'impolitesse. C'était vraiment une très mauvaise expérience.

carolina cSigns so we know where the entrance is. Therr are clear signs for drop off but to find the parking for pick up, you basically go around the whole building following those signs for no reason and potentially stuck behind dropped off vehicles. Thanks!

Oscar EAgent behaviour was not irresponsible. I was returning the equipment. He said, I am busy, I cannot help, then he said he is on a lunch break at 2:30 pm. I have to walk-in to the car wash area to find another agent so that the trailer was unhooked. Thanks to the other agent in the car wash area, helped me to release it.

Alors quand j ai réclamé ca apres le retour car j au rempli plus de carburant, l'agent au telephone m'a dit qu'on rembourse jamais le surplus du carburant. Alors t a une contradiction entre les 2 agents que je ne comprend pas et ca m a induit en erreur. Car si je savais je rempli pas un surplus
FETHI BPls fix the website so it doesn’t show Cremazie for drop off. We took it afterwards to Trans Canada who had no trouble with our 20’ truck. Cremazie was too small to take a truck our size.

BASTIEN GSteering not stable. When picking up the truck, the agent told me he doesn’t know where the truck is parked and I need to go look about it by myself. When returning back the truck the agent told me he can assit me in finalizing the return since no body else behind the desk than him (even he seemed to be watching a movie on his personal tablet) and he need to take care about costumer (despite no body costume was waiting but me). A catastrophic costumer service.

Jacob DDo your distance in kms rather than miles. Due to that confusion I didn't totally understand the explanation of the young man who inspected the truck when I returned it as to the distance covered. As a result, I went home thinking I had been badly overcharged. I had to spend quite some time with Google Maps and a conversion from kilometres to miles before I realized there had not been a mistake. Use kilometres from start to finish. We are not the 51st State yet.
PHILIP Sthere was the one instance where the strap on the door snapped off and hit me in the face and scratched my glasses. I brought it to the office and spoke to the clerk. He took my information and said someone would get back to me and the strap would be repaired right away. I never received any communication nor was the strap repaired. then I received a letter that the rates were going up.

J'ai réservé un entrepôt 7pi x 14pi il y a 5 semaines et j'ai obtenu confirmation. Le jour d'emménager, on me dit que tout ce qu'il reste est un 5pi x 5pi. Il n'y a même pas la moitié de mes choses qui peut fitter à l'intérieur et ça me met évidemment dans le trouble. On ne m'a offert aucun autre dédommagement autre que de mettre mon nom sur une liste au cas où quelque chose se libérerait éventuellement...

Rental Process is cumbersome and too long especially if one's movers are waiting for the registration to be completed since the movers are being paid by the hour. This is not the fault of the staff but of the procedure. Perhaps most of the information can be gathered during reservation. (Booking)

It was absolutely not sufficient and when I inquired about renting another space i was told there were none available. As it is we have had to split the apartment storage which is not the best solution! The staff knowing this problem did not suggest any other solutions, offer to call up other locations for us, or make any accommodations. In addition the sign in procedure is very strange, using one keypad to log in and then another to open the door to the rental spaces. I'm not sure I could manage that trick again and it didn't even work the first time I tried it.
