The wait time was crazy. The poor guy was alone and had to run in and out but there was a limit to how fast he could go. He was amazingly courteous and efficient though. Frankly, we could have stolen items as the store was alone and there was 3-4 people in line. I know it can be hard to predict customers appearing and it probably can' t be foreseen. Don' t worry, I am honest and watched everyone! I thought I was 45 minutes early but that is how long it took. And I had reserved on line

Staff of these locations are oblivious that their purpose is to service customers. It takes far too long to pick up or drop off a rental regardless of whether you check in online or do it at the counter. It really is painful… Sorry to say... my experience with U-Haul locations truly is dismal...

There is no key drop box. It was night and I had to search for a half hour before I saw a little sign on the garage door giving instructions to put the keys in a little mail slot cut into the door. I was not pleased with this.

please please, fix the self pick up app.....i rented twice a truck recently and couldnt use the app to do self pick up even if i had fill up everything online previously. I had to go in wait 30 min and give all the info again the whole process took close to 45 min instead of overall im not satisfied.

very long wait - had asked for cell-phone pick up for 8:30, could only get 9am in-person pickup, only got out at 9:45. - perhaps an express line for those who have completed check in etc online would help.

I did the online check-in and then had to go through the process again completely at the location itself. there is no point to this duplicating process The online return system did not work, had to call in 4 times to make sure the return was done. these both were a big waste of my time!!!!

WE had requested the UHaul location on St. Jacques St. in NDG. When we had arraived at the St. Jacques location, we were told that we had to go to the Montreal West location,. This mix-up has happened before. You should make sure with he booking agent that he/she responds to the clients requests. Eric Heddle

The facility was impressive. Well laid out . Easy manoeuvring. Well supplied. Trailer was exactly as expected. Well maintained. Staff completed the hookup. Due to construction it was difficult to locate, even with GPS. Suggest that the address has a better description.

When I brought the truck back, the staff didn't get up to go check the truck and they charged me 25$ cleaning fees afterwards for something I consider is not justified. I will never set foot in this location again. Maybe even uHaul. Its not the first time I get poor service at this location.


Got a call an hour before moving that the pick up location was changed to Montreal Ouest which is way further than the downtown pick. There was no discount, not even a 10$ credit for the inconvenience. Was told last minute that the 2 furniture dollies were not available. I pre-paid and booked everything 2 weeks in advance so how is that possible. After checking in online, I received a recap that the truck was "manual". I called the uhaul customer service and the employee laughed at my face because "all trucks are automatic of course". Then why did it say "manual" on the recap? The android app is poor. Had to do the online check in 3 times and it would not save my driver's licence information. I am very frustrated that I paid so much money for a poor service.

I wasn't told in detail what standard was implied by the words "return clean". As a result, I returned the van with a few small pepples and and bits of sand. If I had known that I was supposed to return it in exactly the condition in which I rented it, I would have vacuumed before returning. I assumed U Haul vacuumed all vehicles upon return. My mistake and that cost me $25. If I had been simply told to vacuum before returning that would not have happened.

Went there at 3 o clock! No other customers around, it took them until 4 o clock to figure out how to rent me a trailer! Nothing to say about equipment, but the fact it can take over an hour just to rent a trailer it s to much

I asked for a 5x8 trailer which was apparently available. When we went hook it on the car, the 5x8 trailer was missing and they only had a 6x12, which was more than I needed, but I took it anyway. I asked if they would only charge me the price of the 5x8 as that is what I was supposed to get, but they said they could not. That was somewhat disappointing.

The problem is NOT that specific location. Yhe guy was GREAT at the location. The problem is that you don't gi e him proper equipment (he had to use his phone to take a picture of my driver's licence and the whole process took for ever; even though there was no waiting : I was alone). Also, the whole concept that I have to inspect the truck and take pictures... I hate it! I reserved a week before : it took about 50 minutes! Also, how can I vouch for roof of the truck if I can't see it! Also, the milage and the level of the gas wasn't right. There was 30 miles more on the truck than on the paper. The gentleman came and took a picture of it after I tried 5 TIMES to fill the information and upload pictures on your website. Discount cost me about 10$ more and it was 100% worth it (I rented another truck the next day).

customer service, i called many times the location where i picked the truck, but no answer. i was stuck in a gas station for 1 hour, i was trying to figure out , should i add gas or diesel. i do not care if it is the first week or the last week of the month. answer your customers call.

This location was extremely rude, they charged me $150 cleaning fee for no acceptable reason and lied about the condition of the vehicle, and were super rude in the process. I will never do business with u haul again unless they credit me the illegitimate charge. The breaks on the vehicle were very shoddy, was afraid they would fail.
