See my historic location with you, and I guarantee that is my last time with U-Haul. Every time I had to reserve a truck with you, I have never had the one that I had reserved... Always a reason to justify the error.. Anyway I 100% certain that no one will read that message.. That will confirm, that you does not care about your customer.

We waited in line for an hour and a half to pick up the truck! We were tired before we even started to move. This also made our move short for time. Completely unacceptable.

It was difficult to get to the location due to traffic. What saved the experience was Jonathan. He gave fast and courteous service. We were lucky as we arrived first in a rush. You should really always have 2 people at your locations. My rental was problematic, Jonathan promptly identified the issue with my wiring and was able to fix it quickly. I felt bad for him, since there were many people waiting in the store. He handled it all like a champ. If it were not for his great customer service, my experience would not have been as pleasant.

Mettre plus d'employé au centre u-haul surtout un 1er juin. L'employé n'a pas été capable de voir que j'avais un dépôt de 150 dollars pour la location. Du coup j'ai rendu les clés de mon camion et je suis partis. c'est n'importe quoi comme service. Je pense que ça va être la dernière fois que je loue un camion avec U-Haul.

Only one employee operating you can not phone for making any reservation, for three days the phone line were always busy , wen directly to reserve there was a line up of 15 people and there was only one employee doing everything, lack of management that’s must operate this location

Waited 2 hrs in line to be told that the truck that I reserved was not at the locations. They had to go get another truck at another location that was smaller than what I reserved. This added another 30 mins.

I always reserve with Uhaul and this last time I had a bad experience. One of your associates made it seem like i was committing a fraudulent activity. I came on Wednesday May 29th I reserved a truck however the systems were down. The associate still took my information and everything was good. I returned the truck and the next day the associate called me to advise me that he doesn't have the complete card number (which is his error not mine) so I advised him that I was not in Montreal but as soon as I return I'll be sure to return to make the payment. A few minutes later he called me back saying it seemed weird and accusing me of fraud. I was not impressed with his behaviour, tone and customer service. If I recall his name is John or something like that. For that reason I refuse to work with uhaul again. I don't appreciate that kind of behavior Thank you Keneisha S

Employees were rude and unhelpful. They would not let me use my corporate credit card to pay for the rental when I had done so for every single one of my previous rentals. When asked why, he said it is uHaul policy and I do my job. No apologies, no sympathy. Admitted everyone else who let me rent with this corporate credit was not doing their job. Uhaul came with a dolly attached to the wall. Was excpecting a full interior space unobstructed so was not pleased with this.

I would particularly recommend the excellent service of the Manager M. Jean-Marc Laurin Pelletier! His service expertise and rapidity were greatly appreciated. He was alone with 12 customer and handled every order with care and professionalism. He should be allowed to have more staff with him on end of month days. He was extremely busy and had to care for everyone in a rush time. He kept his smile trough out the busy time. He definitely needs recognition! Thank you

My original location at 5523 Chemin de la Cote-St-Paul, was not open and I was unable to pick up my truck. The uhaul customer service was very helpful in getting me a new truck at a different location and offering me a rebate for my troubles. New location staff was nice and helpful as well. My biggest complaint is that the hold times for calling uhaul are atrocious. A 15-20minute wait at 10:15am is ridiculous.

I enjoyed my 1st time experience renting from UHaul. My recommendation is that you should have more staff on hand during peak early morning pick up. I had to wait 1 hour, standing in line, before driving away with the rental. I believe that by staffing according to planned pick up volumes, this would get clients out the door and on the road quicker to get their jobs done. Thank you for a very reliable and clean vehicle.

I find it unacceptable that, not to be charge a extra 20$, you need to have a cell phone to return the equipement. If the person i was with din't have one, i wouln't have rented. I've been renting with U-Haul for over 15 years without second thougths, but now i'll thinking of looking elsewhere.

Return of vehicle took 45 minutes at least. Tried using the self return but the site couldn’t get my location right. Way too slow for return. Other than that service was excellent at pick up.
