My kudos to Mercedes the owner! She absolutely understands customer service. Immediate recognition as soon as you walk through the door. She can work 2 customers at the same time. In and out in a few minutes. Very efficient. She knows how to manager her crew. They are setting you up before you even exit the door. This woman should give other Uhaul centers lessons on how to operate a business. Great experience!

I will never use this location or possibly the entire company ever again truly disappointed in the customer service and the condition the car was given to me. I was charged for cleaning??? There was no trash!! I also was charged for after hours ??? How was it after hours if I handed the keys directly to an employee. The truck was empty and the door was literally falling apart. Absolutely disgusting

evan FThe Parking situation is not good, there are a few parking spaces on the Street, but they have a 2 Hour Limit Sign. The Associate said they don’t enforce it, but I was worried I would get a ticket or be Towed.
