No issues. However, only one person working and a line was forming when I left. Those folks were not very happy. The employee did take it in stride and was very friendly.

Douglas SThe facility was great. The 6×12 enclosed that I rented had previously been hit and fender in front of drivers side tire was damaged. I took pictures and it shows. I feel uhaul should have a sticker on trailer that identifies it as previously damaged.

JON FThe most serious safety issue with this 15" truck was the steering wheel. It was wobbling and felt even loose!!! Terrible safety risk. I should have seen the red flags and asked for another truck. This 15" truck was beat up - corroding rust, big scratches, dings, etc. Where does all that insurance money go to for those dings?
SILVIA QThe truck was clean but it was a hunk of junk. I had a 180 mile round trip in a 15 foot truck. The cab noise was so bad you couldn’t hear the radio at full blast. I thought maybe if I cracked a window it would help but it didn’t. Mind you it was 20 below zero outside and I cracked the window to see if it helped. That is how loud it was. After 30 minutes I should have turned around but I had a full truck and was on a time line. In town, it was loud but it didn’t occur to me as soon as I got on the highway that it wouldn’t even be tolerable. I got my ear pods out and had to put them on noise canceling. That helped but even then the truck noise was crazy. I am not sure that was safe. I couldn’t hear anything. The person that checked me in was nice. At pick up and at return. But really it was a poor truck. The engine light was on when I picked it up. I went inside and asked for a newer truck because of it and the fact we knew it was going to be 20 below zero outside and I did not want to be stranded. He said it is just the cadilic converter. “You will be ok” was his answer. I reintegrated that I did not want to be stuck in -20 degree weather. He repeated, “you will be ok”. When I returned the truck I told him it is a very loose truck and probably shouldn’t be on the highway. I told him about the excessive noise and what I had to do to tolerate it. Again he was nice but blamed it on it being a new truck to his store. In hindsight I should have demanded a discount or my money back. As I am writing this, I am realizing I really should not have been driving this truck. We have another boat show coming up. I will either go somewhere else or demand a newer truck. After writing this, I am going down to the store today to demand a some sort of compensation. He really should not have given me that truck. I did ask for a different truck before I left their parking lot. Your email to have me rate my experience has really helped me understand how truly bad that truck was safety wise. The only good was, it was clean and it started.

DAVID BI recently rented a truck and then a trailer a couple days later. As far as the trucks, I think it would be easier to have the trucks full of fuel and have each customer top off the fuel when returning or have staff top off and charge the customer for the fuel needed. That way the customer doesn't have to fuel up first thing and then try to match the starting fuel level when returning. But I'm sure there is a good reason for the doing things the way they are currently being done, and bottom line is that this is not a deal breaker to prevent me from renting equipment here again. Overall though my experiences were very positive at the Coralville store. Staff was friendly and helpful during both of my visits and equipment was in very good condition. And that is very impressive considering the amount of use (and I'm sure abuse) they receive. I feel the rental rates are very fair as well. Keep up the good work!
