Andrew EThe lock on the lockbox is the stupidest lock I've ever seen. The lock sit on an angle and you're trying to see it to spell a word. Then you get it, but the lever to open the lock is very stiff and if you haven't seen this type of lock, you have no idea which way to move it, or how much..... Piece of Sh#t........

Timothy RI don't live close to this Uhaul but after reading their reviews I drove about 40 min away to have my hitch installed at this particular location. There were 3 Uhauls closer to me. My appointment was very early, 730AM and I was greeted by John, super nice guy. He immediately pulled my car in started working on installing the hitch on a Subaru Outback. I opted to wait since I did not have a ride back home, John offered me a chair, keep in mind there is no waiting room but he was very thoughtful. So John pulls the car in and in less than an hour he is all done! I was prepared to be there for 2-3 hours. While I was there I did hear how nice they were to other customers as well. If you are looking to rent a truck or get a hitch installed, I would highly recommend you visit the East Islip location! I can see why they have such high reviews.

Noreen DDealership sold me a car wo the bolts needed but the guys at U-Haul saved the day! I needed the install at the last min for my bike rack. Service was fast and very accommodating! Regret going to Home Depot for any of my moving needs, U-Haul has it all and does it all! Andrew went above and beyond, even helped me via text on his day off to get me a in a last U-Haul truck! Forever grateful to these guys for my move!
