I was supposed to have had a truck reserved, by an employee at the 11th and memorial location..when i got to the other location here the guy could not find it. This location 35th and Sheridan didn't have one but set up the reserve and 35th and everything at 21st and 129th location.this employee was extremely helpful found me a truck and reserved it for me and when i got there it was set up in no time ! The employees at this location also were very nice and quick about thier job. Made it so easy !! I will recommend this store! And the 35th and Sheridan store!!

Asked were I could document damage on the vehicle and he said I would be getting a text message that I could walk around and video never got it never got a receipt so there’s a half a tank of gas and clearly there wasn’t took pictures. Last time uhual gets my money

KENT SThe pick up was for 7 in the morning the rep got there at 7:30 and very unfriendly, she saw me waitting outside for her but after she got there I had to wait more since she didn’t even bother to turn on the open sign or to signal me to go in until I just decided to go in and ask when she was going to help me. Very very unfriendly she made me feel unwelcome there at that time in the morning. Other than that the truck was in a very good condition.
CARELIA PThe trailer has a short in the wiring and we had to stop five times to get the driver brake light working and the passenger strap that goes around the front tire of the car the ratchet strap keeps coming off you may need to replace them we had to stop numerous times to fix it not happy with the trailer at all

Lee VBusiness Hours were to open at 7 am. We were to pick up the van at the scheduled appointment of 8 am no one was there until 9:30 am. No one answered the phone at the store, and no explanation. A man finally showed up in a confused state. When I returned the van, the lady was helpful and did her job excellently. I have used this uhaul loction several times before and never had a problem like this before. They should review their hiring practices.
STEVEN MHonestly fuck U-Haul uhaul has nothing but hidden fees and is basically a fucking scam. Luckily the team in store were honest human beings and were able to shed like on y’all’s shitty fucking services and contracts will never use uhaul again fuck you guys as a corp store team was awesome though

MICHAEL SThe equipment, in my opinion, is dangerous to drive. I was actually concerned it would not make is back From a 24 mile total trip. There are serious suspension rattles and shake and the transmission had a hard time shifting up and down shifting often resulting in a lurching movement on stopping. And reall type of bump or groove in the road was met by full body shakes and sounds. When we put in the furniture trying to get forward motion was accompanied by a deep engine rattle, like the lifters The people were great. The location was fine. The truck was horrid

Janae CIt took four trailers to find one that actually had brake lights that worked you would think of somebody is going to rent a trailer. You would make sure the brake lights work and it started pouring rain so your worker had to check and find one when y’all should have that checked out and cleared before hand

Laura BThere were furniture pads prepackaged in the truck that I thought were the dozen I had asked for Turns out there were only six. I was charged both for the dozen (that I did NOT get) and the six in the truck. Also there was a dolly in the truck that I did not ask for and it appeared to be a charge if used. Since I could not move it without incurring a charge, it was very much in the way.
Eddie AI originally reserved a location from the New Orleans in broken arrow Oklahoma location. After signing all the documents and being charged to my credit card, we realize that the equipment did not work. They assured me they would credit my account back and sent me to another location 10 miles away. My experience with this location went well. Once arriving to Corpus Christi, I realize the location drop off appeared to no longer be in use. So I drove to a different U-Haul location, a couple of miles away and they were very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience was average because of the issues and I also thought that the rental was excessive being $370 since I could rent a vehicle for a week for that amount
Steven WI rented a handtruck and returned it just a few hours later before they closed. Whoever received it didn’t write it down or something because I got a call a week later saying that they hadn’t received the handtruck yet and was asking when I was going to bring it back. I tried calling them back and it was difficult to get a hold of somebody and finally about two months later, this has been resolved. Ridiculous.

MAI VWhoever rented this truck put my phone number down. I immediately called to clarify and the person was super nice and assured me all info was different and that only the phone number was the same and they would fix it. I have gotten 6-7 calls from u haul since and have told them each time what happened and everyone except the very last woman has been nice and told me they would put a note on the account. Obviously a note was never made.
CAMARON HI received a call the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck to tell me my location had been moved about 15 miles. When I got there to pick up the truck my dolly wasn't available that I had reserved.
CATHY TThe gentleman was very busy but handled each customer well. No problems with the 15 ft truck. Smallest they have that has a ramp. Love UHauls lower decks. Makes loading easier.

DANNA MThey lied about 11 miles (apx 13). ...I have proof. ..and they would not adjust according to my proof I had with me! I had asked him if I needed the app .. he said not necessarily. Then when I came in to show proof of incorrect miles I had on paper he then told me I had to use the link. Like a picture of time and miles was not legit. I'm am very very upset . And I won't recommend U-Haul until this situation has been first . Gives I a bad reputation for sure!!!
