I wish it was possible to check out the trailer using the app instead of having to wait for an employee. I waited 2 hours to drive off the lot with the trailer attached to my vehicle! This was no fault of any employee. Check out system was running slow but seems like it is always slow the times i had to use uhaul services. Employees were working hard to check out customers and they deserve acknowledgment for their efforts.

There was just a lot of traffic inside your location
GREGORIO RThere was a bit of a wait to get through the pick-up line with one register. Attendant was helpful in making my registration from a mistaken registration from the downtown store to this one. Once that was done, it was good. All workers were helpful and professional. Hooked it up for me! We had to sweep out some dust/sand and small material before loading. Return was easy with the attendant in the lot and not having to go back in through the line. Good stock of vehicles and trailers.

Jose LIt's a nice big U-Haul store, and the employees are wonderful, and that's what really counts. The truck I got was an absolute shitbox, though. Check engine light was on, felt like it was gonna rattle itself apart. I've driven a couple U-Hauls and this was a uniquely shitty truck. The store itself was fine but y'all gotta do something about that damn truck!

Raymond LGreat things about the location is that they always have trucks and good stock of equipment. The location is highly convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, which is commendable given their working conditions. When they can get to you, they're really good. However, the location is severely overwhelmed and understaffed. Delays in customer service. It's congested, nearing in on chaotic. We couldn't pull in from the street with a rental return, and had to block traffic. Looks like serious admin and management issues.

We had to wait in line behind people that hadn't been responsible enough to order ahead online despite having a check in paper with order number. Don't use the app, it's just a waste of your time

Mike WTT1802E needs to be taken out of service! It leaked oil on my driveway while parked overnight. It smells like gas when running. And I had to put in 15 gallons to go just 61 miles! Worst moving truck I have ever driven.

LARRY BI was offered a discount to switch locations, I agreed. I arrived on time to pick up location and received a call that truck was unavailable there and I had to go to a different location. I was not given the discount even though it was not my fault I wasn’t able to pick up from that location. At the 2nd location it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me and other customers waiting to pick up trucks. The woman finally came to the counter and informed me of a deposit. She assured me it would be returned upon me returning the truck. I double checked before leaving that it would be returned that day upon drop off and she reassured me again. Upon returning, a different worker told me it would actually take 3-5 days. I was overall disappointed with the last minute switch of location, no discount, and the lack of urgency and correct information about the deposit.

Liz HAll the trucks on the lot had no fuel. Someone siphoned the fuel out of all the truck. I heard this has happened a few times at this location. delayed my pick up time by one hour. The whole reason for getting up early, was to get an early start to bet the heat of the day. Very disappointed. HIRE SECURITY!!!

Austin VThis was a terrible experience. I attempted to use your app to check and did everything and then at the end it said your rental is not eligible. Please tell me that up front. I ran out of gas in my rental truck after driving 20 feet. Noel went to get gas because he didn't have any and 30 minutes later he came back with snacks and a drink and ignored all of the customers. Brandon came out a few minutes later and put a couple gallons in my truck so I could leave. The manager, Noel was very rude to his employees and the customers. Opposite of that, Veronica and Brandon were very helpful. I arrived at U-Haul at 7:45 and didn't leave until 9:20, that is totally unacceptable. I had 10 people waiting for me to move but Noel didn't care. The management of this location is awful and give U-haul a bad name.
Michael AGetting a moving truck for my move on a Friday was so easy and a quick process. They had wonderful customer service and it was a smooth process. The drop off was the same experience too and took less than 10 minutes! Thank you for making a stressful move, more simple!
Vanessa BGas tank was emptied by a homeless person. Their answer is to keep fuel at 1/8th or less. Mine is as near empty and had to immediately get fuel. It’s impossible to estimate it right at the beginning so I either have ti refuel twice or give U-Haul free gas. Feels like a scam when locking the gas caps at night would be an easy solution,

Vondosta FCalled me the day prior to ask me to go to another location that was 25 minutes away, tried to offer cheaper price per mile but it didn’t even matter it would’ve costed more per mile if we went to the other location. Then the gas wasn’t even filled up the way it should’ve been so we barely had enough for one big load, I’ve had a better experience with other locations so I won’t be back here again.

chantele CGetting physically in/out was quite a scare as we witnessed a fender bender as some one was trying to pull in or out of the lot… there was a challenge trying to park temporarily near the business unless you parked on the sometimes dangerous street of Blackstone Ave pretty much no customer parking and large semi truck parked in front entrance with no access in/out of lot for clients to move about with vehicle… the administration was perfectly professional and helpful working as quickly as possible to process the line in spite of working alone picking up/dropping off. They are the absolute reason for good rating but the landscape is questionable on many levels of safety and customer convenience

JOSHUA SWay under staffed and over committed. Picked up a 15 foot truck that the attendant spent 30 seconds cleaning at best. The check engine light was on, the truck had no rear view mirror, and it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Drove it 34 miles and was charged $90 FOR FUEL!! Asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for a furniture dolly as well. A heck that $29.95 ended up costing me OVER $200!

Yolanda CThe truck I rented had a broken passenger mirror, and the check engine light came on. The next day, on Sunday, when I delivered the truck, I saw someone siphoning gasoline from another truck. The customer care representative did not inform me that they start at nine, even though I told him I would drop off the truck at 7 AM. However, the phone customer care rep was helpful by showing me how to do a key drop on the positive side. The truck was clean, and the staff was friendly, with a lot of inventory to choose from. The negative aspect of this experience is due to the area on that side of Fresno.
