Tyler SUtility dolly was not located in the vehicle so had to make do without it. The staff was friendly and removed the charges though and overall was a great experience.

Our only complaint is We returned the truck with 10 gallons of gas more than we had, we rented with 1/4 tank and returned it with 1/2 tank. We want a refund of the other 10 gallons of gas. We can provide a receipt.

BRENT WHire more people, wait time just to talk with a representative was 45 min after I had already reserved by phone. car hauler ramp would not lock in on one side, had to be leld in place as car was loaded and unloaded.

Edward GI went to pick up my reservation I had for a week They have my reservation to someone else while I was in line for it. So I had to upgrade. Then they didnt check it when I dropped off so the gas got siphoned over night they didnt check in the vehicle till the next day after 11 am. So I was charged a fuel fee that I had to call and dispute

ADAM UThe individuals were friendly but stating that the truck had 3/4 of a tank of gas, and it being on empty...they the mechanic telling me to take a picture of it and it has to be over 1/4 of a tank to get credit is a scam. I was told that people siphon off the gas and that is why that happened. That is a U-Haul problem, not a customer problem.

Truck itself was clean but not in good condition. Too much wear and tear. Truck was also on empty. Was worried I would run out of gas before I made it to gas station

mike mThe past couple months, I have used uhaul total of 3 times. And twice with this location it was more stressful on a already stressful day. The first time we loaded up the truck and the truck had no gas. I was on a time limit and had people waiting on me because I had to go stop at the gas station first lucky it made it to the gas station. They had no other options but to put me into another truck when the original one had already been loaded. 2nd rental I had to wait while they "prepared the vehicle " when I had made a reservation a day in advance. They used a blower and moped the back with one swipe across. When all my movers showed up to load the truck on sunday..the next day there was a horrible smell once we reopened the back of the truck. Once my stuff was loaded and unloaded there was a residue on my furniture and boxes.
Ruby GThe load from origin experience was great... but then uhaul sent our boxes to the wrong location for storage and wanted to charge us for your mistake. Then we had to fight to get our boxes sent to our actual location late for no extra charge,,, but uhaul charged us anyway for storage that was your mistake. Worst experience ever, wished we had just chosen PODS. I will let everyone I know how horrible uhaul treats its customers.

Amanda BThis location is BUSY. Be prepared to stand in line for 20 to 30 minutes. It also has no customer parking and returning the rented van is confusing because the lot is FULL. Other than the counter lady not telling my wife and I that the glass packaging box actually requires 2 separate boxes, the location was an education.
Fred CThe truck was set up for early pick up and was unable to pick up until the store opened which put me behind , also when the transaction was complete forms stated there was a quarter of a tank when in reality the tank was empty , I had to drive to the gas station to put gas what an inconvenience
Melissa RI wish it was possible to check out the trailer using the app instead of having to wait for an employee. I waited 2 hours to drive off the lot with the trailer attached to my vehicle! This was no fault of any employee. Check out system was running slow but seems like it is always slow the times i had to use uhaul services. Employees were working hard to check out customers and they deserve acknowledgment for their efforts.

GREGORIO RThere was a bit of a wait to get through the pick-up line with one register. Attendant was helpful in making my registration from a mistaken registration from the downtown store to this one. Once that was done, it was good. All workers were helpful and professional. Hooked it up for me! We had to sweep out some dust/sand and small material before loading. Return was easy with the attendant in the lot and not having to go back in through the line. Good stock of vehicles and trailers.

Jose LIt's a nice big U-Haul store, and the employees are wonderful, and that's what really counts. The truck I got was an absolute shitbox, though. Check engine light was on, felt like it was gonna rattle itself apart. I've driven a couple U-Hauls and this was a uniquely shitty truck. The store itself was fine but y'all gotta do something about that damn truck!

Raymond LGreat things about the location is that they always have trucks and good stock of equipment. The location is highly convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, which is commendable given their working conditions. When they can get to you, they're really good. However, the location is severely overwhelmed and understaffed. Delays in customer service. It's congested, nearing in on chaotic. We couldn't pull in from the street with a rental return, and had to block traffic. Looks like serious admin and management issues.

Jeffrey HWhat is the app for? We checked in twice and we still had to check in at the computer with customer service. We had to wait in line behind people that hadn't been responsible enough to order ahead online despite having a check in paper with order number. Don't use the app, it's just a waste of your time

Mike WTT1802E needs to be taken out of service! It leaked oil on my driveway while parked overnight. It smells like gas when running. And I had to put in 15 gallons to go just 61 miles! Worst moving truck I have ever driven.

LARRY BI was offered a discount to switch locations, I agreed. I arrived on time to pick up location and received a call that truck was unavailable there and I had to go to a different location. I was not given the discount even though it was not my fault I wasn’t able to pick up from that location. At the 2nd location it took about 10-15 minutes for someone to greet me and other customers waiting to pick up trucks. The woman finally came to the counter and informed me of a deposit. She assured me it would be returned upon me returning the truck. I double checked before leaving that it would be returned that day upon drop off and she reassured me again. Upon returning, a different worker told me it would actually take 3-5 days. I was overall disappointed with the last minute switch of location, no discount, and the lack of urgency and correct information about the deposit.

Seth VWell, I was a little taken aback when I was charged $25 cleaning fee for an open trailer which was left clean and in the same condition I received it. I even folded the blankets provided. The intake attendant was also rude.

Liz HAll the trucks on the lot had no fuel. Someone siphoned the fuel out of all the truck. I heard this has happened a few times at this location. delayed my pick up time by one hour. The whole reason for getting up early, was to get an early start to bet the heat of the day. Very disappointed. HIRE SECURITY!!!
