Not friendly at all, My grandmas car got scrapped in the parking lot since it was over capacity, there was only 1 worker there and he was very very rude. He took the keys and said we were good to go i didnt fill out any paper work or anything. the next week i was contacted saying the truck was never returned and almost charged another fee. This is unbelievable ive never had such issue with a company. I will never use uhaul again. I will be going to enterprise. I was not given a discount for any of my in-convinces. I will be writing a report to the Better Business Bureau

Trick was dirty and had old trash and cups inside. Gas tank only had 3/4 of a tank even though they marked the tank full on the paperwork. Cost me and extra $45 fill it.

JOSE GI waited in the truck for ten minutes and no one came out to receive it. I had to go inside and wait in line for someone to become available. Once that was done all was fine, but it wasn't that busy and should not have taken 20 minutes in total just to drop off a truck.

KIMBERLY MNowhere to park when the 4 “Customers Only” allotted spaces are full. Customer service: So disorganized! No greetings..ever. No smiles. No I’ll be right with you. No sorry for the wait. Employees don’t seem too happy to be there. They all act like the customers are doing them a favor! Long lines waiting. NO ONE in the store when employees need to go outside (every time) customer rents trailers, etc., therefore leaving the line of customers [alone] waiting! It shouldn’t take 30-40 mins to pick up a reserved vehicle! Need to explain what it means when customers estimate their mileage. Customer service lacking on every level!! It’s the worst ever!! This was my 3rd rental. I’m never going back there again and will discourage anyone else from going there!! I plan to contact U-Haul’s corporate office about my experiences. 😡
SHEILA MI picked up the truck at one location and the trailer at another. I was not told that would be the case until the day before. Uhaul should make every effort to simplify the pick up for the customer.

They moved the customers along quickly, ensuring that we all got on our way. We drove up to return the truck, paid and received the receipt. Such a quick and easy process. Thank you.

JOSEPH WThe guy helping set the reservation on 7/11/25 was nice. The crew this morning gave me a truck with an empty tank (but told me it was 1/8th full) and wrote down 1/4th full. They didn’t tell me where the truck was so I wandered around looking for it. When I dropped the truck off, the guy who was at the register was really rude. He asked if we needed a receipt and I told him I could settle for one emailed. I asked him how long it would take and he wasn’t helpful. Then he just stood there. We went home and got a receipts via email. He marked the truck as being on an empty tank and charged us $24. This was not true as we put gas in the tank on the way back. We drove a total of 5 miles with that truck

EDGAR LI was returning the rental around 5 minutes before close of the location and all workers are very anxious leave the work. They were all telling me to use the app to check out and left. App was not easy to use for me to check out. I ended up calling customer service with 38 minutes of waiting on the phone. Customer service personal told me to call back the store in the morning to check out.So, I called them next day morning but they did not answered the call and it was transferred to customer service again. And told me to call back store after 20 minutes. And I did not have time to call them back again.

Some people were extremely rude. Other people were very helpful and kind.

DAVID WEmployees tried to state I didn’t return the trailer I used. I returned is 1 hour before my return time was up. Before you start saying someone took or didn’t return something, check your parking lot or parking stalls to see if the equipment is there, if you tell a costumer to do a specific thing and then they do it for the return. Don’t say the stole it, go look before you throw accusations out please. It isn’t that hard to go look in the exact stall you told me to park it in.

MICHAEL GHAd to dfind womeone to help unload the trailer. I was offered a receipt but decline. My mistake. Ended up getting emails and texts becasue the trailer was never checked back in. I dropped it off on Sunday morning and it was not checked in till Wednesday. Gave me a lot of stress when I received the emails and text.

BEN JStaff were struggling with slow computers due to a service system issue. This issue was not their fault but Uhaul IT should look into alternative systems for employees to use (maybe an iPad portal) if systems are down. Excellent service from the employees even as they dealt with the tech issue
Christopher DI was very pleased with the whole experience honestly. We had zero breakage even after the 3000 mile trip. Partly because we followed the guidelines in the packing videos and partly because we had a friend helping who is experienced. We were pleased that our boxes were the upgraded metal and fiberglass for the cross country move, rather than the wood boxes. The cost is less than a lot of other pod services. I suppose if there’s anything that could be improved it’s making sure the customer understands all the fees for the entire process, that there is a box drop off fee separate from the transport fee. I would use this service again.
