I would have preferred at a facility loaded to the brim with vehicles, a recommendation for something that wasn't bloody 13 years old! With wind up and down windows, no air conditioning, and a crooked driver seat.

The equipment was clean. And it was a rattling old 130K plus miles beat up truck. Fortunately, I knew was only going to drive about 10 miles locally, or I would not have accepted it. It clunked and wheezed the whole time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bayard BI returned the trailer about five minutes before closing. The customer service representative had already closed the office and turned out the lights. I did a self check-in using the mobile app. As I was about to pull away, the representative came outside to retrieve the trailer, and seemed incensed about what he found. But he refused to speak with me directly.
Bayard BThe mobile pickup system was terrible. I did it to circumvent the need to take time in the office. The app would not keep the pre-departure condition photos. I had to go into the office multiple times, and it was not run well. There were not enough attendants to effectively manage the office. I waited for 15 minutes (after at least 20 minutes futzing with the app) despite me being before all other customers. We ended up needing to go to paper. Quick/self-service pickup turned giant pain. The truck was rough around the edges, it drove fine, but the sun visor was broken and fell down a lot obstructing view.

gene kThe person helped us was very nice and worked hard to get us on the road. The trailer was in very poor condition. We had difficulty hooking it up leaked during a rain storm. The trailer door kept slamming all the way up and getting stuck in its track above where you could grab it out and you had to work for 15 minutes to undo it with potential chance to damage your fingers very dangerous not happy. It was a mess.
Stephan BI booked the truck for 24 hours however the rep at the location thought it was only for 8 hours. After clarifying, she called me at 7 am the following morning waking me after a long day of moving to find out when I was returning the truck. Neither I or my wife were thrilled with this.

We drove it from Glenside to Lancaster and dropped it off in Lancaster at 2662 Columbia Ave. Of course we made it there 20 minutes after they had closed and so we were prompted to use the app to check the vehicle in. It was not an easy way to do check-in. It took us 40 minutes to get the vehicle checked in. When I tried to use the app, which I really didn’t need or want to download, it wouldn’t allow me to check in that way. We ended up going to the website and it wasn’t loading properly at that location. Please make your website easier to use.

MaryAngela MTrailer was rented to us with a faulty wiring problem. Delayed in Carlisle, Pennsylvania because of no lights on the trailer. We waited approximately seven hours for service for repair.. Coming back from pigeon Forge, Tennessee lights on the trailer went out again. Had to pull off to another U-Haul service center where the young man was very generous and helpful and just changed the wiring harness for us and it was fixed this delayed us another three hours on the return trip home. I will now purchase my own trailer because I am no longer using you all again.
