Parking is a bit of an experience on the corner in Grand Forks, but Matt was terrific and tightened us up quickly as we were able to pick up equipment a day early which really helped us with the transfer to Carver, MN.

Larry SI am a repeat and consistent customer and I really enjoy working with all of the staff at the Grand Forks location! The only thing that could be improved is, they need to clean the inside of the windshields much better. Under the right conditions, the film on the inside of the window is very apparent and I have to wipe it down with my own towel. It’s a very small thing, but it’s a consistent thing. I will definitely keep leasing all of my cargo vans from Chad‘s location in Grand Forks.

bruce wOn pickup I was in and out in a snap. They were ready to help with anything. Even offering to help carry out the cardboard boxes I purchased. When I dropped it off they were on top of it. Pickup and drop off were a breeze.
Matthew FThey assisted with getting me a truck at the last minute and even though the truck pickup was delayed on Saturday I don't blame the team as they were stuck waiting for the truck to be delivered. Then on Sunday the tech helped get the auto trailer hooked up and assisted me with getting the vehicle on the trailer and strapped down.
cody wChad and the entire crew are knowledgeable and prompt. They know what they are doing. I was very happy that the trailer was available when scheduled and that I did not have to drive 40 miles to pick up a trailer in another location. Keep up the good work.

Justin DThe truck had I believe 35,000 miles on it. I had to put a quart of oil in about every 200 miles. The tires had seen better days. Tread depth was almost to the wear bars. The windshield was full of insect splatter so I had to clean that myself. Other than that, the people there were fine, I got the truck, and had a successful trip.
Donald MTyler(?) was very informative when picking up the trailer. Quick to get me hooked up and on the road. One downside was there were a few things left behind by the previous renter upon opening the trailer when I got to my initial destination.

JOSEPH KI would have given five stars except I only needed the car dolly for one day and was charged for two days. We did have a change in plans and we were able to call and make arrangements to drop off at a different location, so we appreciated that. The car dolly was easy to use and we were able to haul my son’s car home without any issues.
Maidie EI hate to nitpick, but the insides of the windows need to be cleaned regularly. There’s a film on the inside that seems to be getting overlooked. Everything else is perfect.
Kurt HIt is difficult to understand where one ought to turn in, as the intersection is very confusing. Better signage directing drivers to the appropriate area for drop-off would have been extremely helpful.

alysia dConfusing reservation process. Reserved a 15' truck on 6/5, later told none available so had to change to a 20'. On the actual moving date, told I had two 20' trucks reserved. Was not advised until drop off that blankets have to be folded or I would be charged $25. Was informed I should have read the sticker which apparently is on a wall in the bed of the truck. Moving is a busy somewhat stressful experience. We were focused on getting things done, not reading. Overall, we got moved. Employees are generally friendly but poor communication for sure.
Deborah SChad is a fantastic branch manager! The battery was dead on my car when I dropped off my rental today and Chad used his personal jumper cables to get my car started. He is always so courteous and seems genuinely interested in how the cargo van worked for my needs.

Paula TI had asked for 2 flat dollies and touched base with the location 2 days prior to the rental. There were no flat dollies available. The move went okay without them.

Nicole b | Overall ExperienceWe had issues with the ubox showing up 2weeks late and damaged. Grand Forks was aware of issue. The manager called right away when it came in and the sfaff was very helpful when we got there.
