U Haul offices in general are somewhat clean but rarely INVITING. The people who took care of us were very nice and checked us out quickly.

Staff members are very unprofessional and very, not trained right I never got a confirmation till the next day. Nothing it’s just I just will never use the service again.

THOMAS DMASSIVE fan of this uhaul having a screen. The ones I've gotten in the past have not and my experience was significantly better with the help of the screen (my girlfriend and I argued less over the directions namely LOL)

ANNE BWe arrived to pick up a 20ft truck that I reserved weeks before my move in day. I was told they didn’t have a 20ft truck and all they could do was send me to another location 20 mins away that was further from where I was moving. I then had to sit at this location for 45 mins while they sorted everything out. This set me back 2 hours on move in day which caused the movers I had hired to have to sit around for 2 hours and wait for me to return, costing me an additional $250. I then dropped off the truck at a location close to where I moved and was told I had to go back and pick it up and return it to the location I had taken it from or they’d charge me $500. After speaking with 4 different customer service people who were all rude and unhelpful we had to go back to get the truck to drive it to the original location 30 mins away. Overall a terrible experience. I will not be using U-Haul ever again.
CARLY GWe waited a very long time in the location. I don't understand why they bother with the app reservation feature if you still have to wait in a long line anyway; they really should have better staff—and more staff—working the counter.
Israel HThe rental felt pads are junk. Rent the real moving blankets that professional movers use. Ask for a deposit, if you need to. Also, suggest bungee cords.
JEFFREY PI had the wrong ball size for tow and wasted my money. Then was told to bring the truck back for and attachment but when I got there he acted as if he didnt know it was and attachment. The manager told me to come in and change out the truck but I was a hour away and he had already left for the day. A mess. I never had a issue before at this location but today was a disaster. Wasted time and money
Shykia JAlthough the drop off time and date were verbally in agreement with what we needed we found out the day of moving that the truck was needed back that morning and we got an additional $40 charge.

J DI’m sorry for the bad review but the truck wouldn’t start. The service guy changed the battery, but it wasn’t the battery. After he turned it off and left the truck wouldn’t start again. I eventually got it to start. It took an hour to get service. I asked to add an hour to the rental, which they said they would do. I brought the truck to its destination even before my original deadline and checked in with the person inside. I told them about the trouble with the truck. It was returned before 2:30 PM and the truck was due at 3 PM plus they said they were giving me an extra hour because I needed to have a service technician come. I returned the truck and explained to the person working there about the issues with starting the truck and how it sometimes would not start. She said OK and she checked out the truck. At 4 o’clock she called me and asked where the truck was. I reminded her that I returned the truck at 2:30 and then she said she forgot. She realized her mistake and apologized, but then I got a bill for an extra day rental.

JOHN OI reserved a 26 foot truck as we needed to move a large amount of inventory. When I arrived to Uhaul the 26 footer was being jump started and would not start. They didnt have a back up 26 footer so I was asked do I want to take it. Of course I said no I had to drive to NJ so wasnt going to agree to take a vehicle that wasnt running even if they got it started, too risky. So I was then offered 20 footer but at that time I said I would now have to make 2 trips and wanted a discount. The young woman (from another location) told me she should put in the notes. Upon returning, assistant manager said there was no notes and advised me to call cooperate and he had no authority to do anything. He called the girl from earlier in the day in front of me too which was unprofessional and I wound up going back and forth with him for a bit because once he said he was the assistant manager I figured he might care to hear about my experience. Not the case and finally just said forget it and he said that the manger would call me the next day. That did not happen. The whole situation where I had to make an additional trip (3 total hours to Mt Holly) and was delayed in the AM as well due to the vehicle not starting in the first place was a pretty big inconvenience yet I really didnt make an issue of it. Basically it was just the assistant manger that seemed to not care one bit of extra time and gas & Miles I had to pay for all because the truck I reserved 4 days ago wasnt running. Things happen I would have thought that the vehicle should have been checked prior to arriving but it is what it is. At some point I'll probably have to use this location again but this experience makes me want to go out of my way next time to find another uhaul spot.
MARK JI received the truck with no gas (18 miles until empty) so my first stop was to get gas. The ignition was very difficult to turn to start the truck, I had to use pliers to start the truck. The inside has soda sprayed all over the dash and the inside of the windshield was filthy

Gregory VThis is a tough location to get in and out of, but the staff to have really good job keeping a thoroughfares clear. The staff that I dealt with were really helpful and very friendly, kind of unexpected for being just outside of Philly. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely use them again.
