When I called the # on the invoice to schedule a drop off in liberty the lady told me there were no lots accepting trailers and I would need to drop off in humble . I told her that was unacceptable and would like to speak to a supervisor she said she did not have one she was the only person that worked in that department . I asked for customer service she said they could not help I said transfer me anyway . She did I spoke to someone there that listened and transferred me to someone at uhaul that said the number I called was a contract number and everyone in liberty was accepting trailers and lined me up with a drop off .5 mile from my house rather than 35 miles away . Other than this problem the rental was great !!!

Cyntheia CI had issues with the vehicle and more so for a fact no one was applicable to contact for support due to the rented vehicles license plate looking like it was altered and tampered with. Due to this as a result i was pulled over by SAPD in the evening of 4/7/26 around 11pm and held at gun point due to police having issues running the license plate. And staying there was a obstruction with the license plate on the rear of the vehicle and it appears to have been altered and not like the correct plate numbers that it was listed as. Due to this extremely highly dangerous situation. My experience wasn't great. Staff was informed. And staff at the Ingram location was made aware. But also the fact no refund or remedy for this issue was given. Besides having to file this separately and was told due to it not being reported time of incident. Location was closed at the time so no call could be made. So overall this wasn't pleasant. Though staff was helpful I still feel nothing being done and told to follow up after closing and being charged still due to a situation that could have ended badly for me is a concern.

Mark MYou all have a problem with how you determine your gas levels for the next customer. Twice I was confronted buy your people concerning gas levels. I have recently rented multiple vehicles from you 15' and 10' trucks and vans twice in my big move from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom house. The level that was in the trucks was different than what was marked on the contract that was given to me and the contract that your people had was marked different than what I have. Good thing I took a picture before I left. I would have gone back to complain at the time but I don't walk well and have to use a cane. Also it was extremely difficult for me to get into and out of both your trucks because there were no running boards to step up and down. It seemed about 2 feet up.
Bruce BDavid was very helpful with booking both the truck and storage. It went super smooth. Would definitely use Uhaul services again in the future and recommend it to friends. Not to mention that the prices were very good!

The U-Haul was super clean. Only thing I was a little iffy about was driving it on the highway it shook. But I told the guy and he was super nice and said he would check everything out and get it fixed.
