DRAHCIR TAs a very disappointed customer, I believe UHAUL corporate must take immediate and decisive action to ensure that all personnel at this location consistently rent vehicles that comply with all motor vehicle laws and regulations. I have been a loyal customer, utilizing your services for at least 10 rentals each year, but due to a recent serious incident involving a vehicle with conflicting information regarding its VIN, registration, and license tags, I can no longer continue to do business with you. This issue led local authorities to confiscate a license plate they deemed stolen, resulting in an investigation that unjustly treated me and caused unnecessary physical and legal complications for driving 'Renting' an illegal vehicle. Such occurrences are completely unacceptable and should never happen to anyone. Additionally, the same vehicle had a faulty air conditioning system, which significantly detracted from my rental experience. UHAUL must enhance its protocols to prevent these issues in the future and to safeguard the reputation of its customers. You have lost my trust. It’s imperative that UHAUL prioritize customer safety, satisfaction, and overall experience through proper service. This experience has been horrible; if I could rate it negatively, I would absolutely do so!

Orlando RMy U-Haul truck had a very foul Oder emanating from the storage area, smelled like the truck was used for garbage collection. Also the AC was non existent. Staff was very friendly and helpful though

It cost me more time and money due to my pick up location being changed 30 minutes before time and I had to drive to 2 more locations before getting a truck. I deserve a credit off this rental.

ALEXIS MI was charged for fuel when I brought the truck with more fuel then I got it. 1/4 tank when I received it and over a 1/4 tank when returned. I paid for 30 miles when I received the truck. Used 57 miles. Was charged the whole 57 miles on returned. Should have been charged for just 27 miles. Do better!!

I stood at the desk 5mins before going back out to him and asking if.someone was working the front. He said its just him and me and the customer behind me " gon have to wait" when he did finally walk inside he asked the customer behind me if she was picking up 1st before me who had been waiting longer.
