William DAfter opening the truck up we found grease all over and it wasn't swept out yet. The location told me it was a "drop and go". We had to clean ot ourselves so we could use it.

Paul EVery disappointing. The trucks interior was filthy! The cab smelled foul and you could smell engine fumes while running. The engine light was on for the entirety of the trip causing concern. This vehicles suspension is poorly maintained every bump sounded as if the vehicle was coming apart.

latraye rOnline booking not very clear regarding the “one way rental pickup location” policy. I chose a pickup location closer to home only to have it changed to a farther location day before pickup. I was not aware the location could be changed.

Mythanne RTruck had cracked windshield. 156,000 miles. Check engine light came on during drive. Gas mileage was about 8 miles per gallon even when empty with tow button off.

JEREMY LThe truck was garbage the check engine light was on and kept flashing the rental rep said he wasn’t worried about it because I was using it local. The truck had a cylinder misfire, so it was running bad and using more gas also the transmission wasn’t shifting, right. The truck was shaking while it was sitting there idling. I was also told management was made aware of the problems prior to rental and was told to rent it out aways. This is not how business should be handled when people are paying for a rental truck. Not to mention truck was dirty I had to sweep it out myself.

Michael TLocation is good and have used multiple times before. Equipment typically has been in good condition. This time the first truck had a check engine light on, was switched to another easily, that truck had no lights on but was in serious need of maintenance, steering was extremely loose almost to the point of unsafe. For an inexperienced driver that would be difficult.

HEATHER HThe gentleman who checked us in was super helpful, and even investigated why we were getting an after hours charge, even though we had dropped of the trailer during regular hours. Cannot speak highly enough about the service he gave.
JAY SVehicles need to be serviced on time. I was given a vehicle with the service engine soon light on. When I brought this to the attendants attention they new about it. His comment was it just needs a oil change. If it needs an oil change take it out of service for 30 minutes and do the oil change very unprofessional!
