keith dPicked up the uhaul with no gas at all. The gas light was on, tank was completely on E. Paid $175 which got me 3/4 of a tank, took back with half a tank and I get $60 refunded. $60?! Bet if I picked it up with half a tank and took it back empty I would have got charged a whole lot more then $60. Ridiculous

John RNice and professional service. My complaint is that the trailer door latch mechanism was extremely difficult to open/close. I should have checked before I left when I picked up the trailer.

Janice MCheck your vehicles every night to make sure the gas tanks havent been drilled into. Spent my own money on gas and had the car break down on me within 5 minutes due to a hole being in the gas tank from someone trying to steal the gas. Have to wait over a week to get my refund.

Laura LI had a order for a truck confermation number on Blackstone ones there I got the run around about my visa debit card after a hour I get denied the truck get sent to the kings canyon u haul and was given the the worst box truck on the lot.i was supposed to pay 75 for the truck ,I ended up paying $217.98 I'll never use this company again and was charged 75 for a truck I never used!(!!

marilyn sI was disappointed with van provided. It was filthy in the cabin and also in back. It smelled like weed. I was totally disgusted. The staff was nice but just mad that the vehicle proved for me was nasty

Laura LWas on a time limit came to pick up my trailer. They had the reservation but no trailer. I had come from the other side of town after coming down from the mountains to get the trailer and then they sent me a crossed back over to the other side of town to pick up the trailer that was there because it’s the only one they had in town stressed me out quite a bit cost me a lot and gas and a lot of my time which I couldn’t afford to use
