Christina CConfirm the drop off location with the customer on pickup. They randomly assigned me a drop off point and was told on the phone there’s a charge to change it. Stop hiding fees everywhere, it’s exhausting on an already overwhelming moving day.

Pedro cI needed only 1 ubox container for a move from Atlanta to Boston. I got my quote in March for a move in May to June. I confirmed my quote in April for May delivery in Atlanta and shipped in June to this location. This location had great, friendly staff that made sure to call me beforehand to confirm my pickup details. It was easy to access my ubox, and all of my things arrived in tact with no damage. Overall great experience. My issue was with the Atlanta location, as my box was delivered two days late, despite my box being reserved a month prior. Customer service told me this was due to scheduling issues with drivers due to Memorial Day. This felt like something that should've been handled in advance as they already knew my delivery date for my box. I had to contact customer service multiple times, between uploading my photos and and confirming timeline. Customer service reps were very helpful and polite. The box itself could use more work, as I received the wood one with a weather tarp. The wood is splintery and I had to be vey careful opening and closing it. The Uhaul app is a buggy, laggy mess that needs and overhaul. I would not recommend it. Customer service asked me if I could upload my photos on the app as the website was giving me issues but the app is much worse. I would rate the entire process 4/5.

Barbara MI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent U-Haul rental experience. First, the truck I received was not in satisfactory condition. It was dirty upon pickup, and it was provided with only a small amount of fuel, which created unnecessary inconvenience from the beginning of the rental. My greatest frustration, however, was related to the return process. Although my original reservation was for returning the truck to the pickup location, unexpected situations can arise during a move. I contacted U-Haul seeking the possibility of returning the truck to a different location and was willing to pay any applicable fees to make that change. Unfortunately, every representative I spoke with simply stated that it was not possible. At no point did I feel that anyone was genuinely interested in helping me find a solution or exploring alternatives. The responses were brief, dismissive, and lacked any effort to provide customer support. I understand that company policies exist, but customer service should involve more than simply repeating that something cannot be done. I expected representatives to show some willingness to assist, offer options, or at least explain the situation more thoroughly. Overall, this experience left me disappointed with both the condition of the vehicle and the level of customer service I received. I hope U-Haul reviews its customer support practices and provides more flexibility and assistance to customers facing unexpected circumstances. Thank you for your time and consideration.

barbara mThe computer system and check in was extremely slow. The truck drove very rough and felt not maintained well transmission had bad slipping. The interior of the back of the truck was very dirty walls had grease and dirt on them.
Stephen SThe guy handed me over the keys didn’t tell me where the truck was or anything. When I asked him he told me the wrong spot. And when I I was checking out he told me since he gave me the truck on basically E if we filled it to a quarter which he highlighted on the printed receipt for us that we would be refunded about $25 back which was not. Poor experience

The trailer had some dirt from the previous renter that I had to sweep out but worked well. Went to buy a replacement part for my trailer lighting and your computer had trouble making the purchase, even with tech support. I had to pay cash unfortunately.

MD Sthird time renting at this locating. third time everyone who worked there was friendly helpful and sincere. I give them a chill factor of 11. Very difficult to find. They over represent Uhaul in a very positive way. Take some wasted money on Marketing that's difficult to evaluate returns and give these employees at least 4-5$ more an hour. You can't buy this shit. If all locations had this magic, you would crush your competitors.
DAVID BI arrived at 6 am and truck wasn't at the lot as information stated. I didn't find out untill I couldn't find lockbox number at that time U-Haul places 4 holds on my card on same amount $135. I rented another truck at near by location. Around 8 am I got a call from U-Haul that the truck was down the street. I found that audacity wild, how would I know to go down the street to look for a truck if it's not on a lot that all trucks are in and it's not in my immediate view. I rented truck on 4/30 today is 5/4 and U-Haul still holding $135.

What we didn't like (but you can't change): We wasted time stopping at U-Haul down the road, thinking it was your place. Why is there another U-Haul so close? Also, the front lot at this location is very crowded and we had some difficulty parking.
