Offer the customers the ability to drop off at a location closer to their move. I've been told that I have yo bring the truck/van back to this location when I'm done using it; though I was moving stuff from Malden to Lynn. This meant that the mileage cost doubled and so did the gas usage and driving back to My new place extremely tired after moving all my stuff and back and forth driving.ANA H.

The U-haul associate Andrew, was very friendly, and helpful. Great customer service, I called ahead to schedule pickup and when I arrived on-site the van and materials were ready for pick up .... no hassle for payment and ID verification took less than a minute, I was in and out the door. I was verbally harrassed by an employee named Andrew. He got mad and threatening to me when I asked a question about my bill being three times the original amount. He told me to "Get the fuck out of my store before I kick your ass you stupid white fuck. I am apphauled and have reached out to customer service. I have been waiting on a call from the "GM" since yesterday. I have also filed a chargeback with my credit card company because even customer service didnt answer any of my questions about why my bill was so high. It was almost 3 times the estimate I got online when I booked and I am disgusted that I was treated with such hateful rage. I have been in business management for 25 years and would be disgusted to be OK with this guy speaking to their customers. This is also a corporate store so this is a direct reflection of how they treat their customers.Jason D.

When I returned my U-Haul they tried to charge me an extra 31 miles telling me I drove 54 miles in total which was not correct at all so a U-Haul that should've cost me less than $50 almost cost me $90ANGELA P.

You will charge me the most, I returned the second car and charged me until Wednesday. The poorly educated attendant of the Malden shop said I needed warns that I returned the car, but whoever gave me the equipment said I needed to just leave the equipment. I asked him to look at the Security Camera that I left the equipment and he told me he would not see it. The servic of the Malden store at Eastern Ave is very bad, it's not the first time I have problems with them. very upset with their service, obs the equipment was in good conditionsTIAGO S.
