Be proactive and mindful of clients' time and why we make reservations in the first place, thank you.

DWAINE TSame as above! Ultimately they fixed the issues after I had to call the U-Haul corporate number. Being yelled at by reps is NOT customer service when I was already tired and stressed by moving my dying mother from one state to another. Never again U-Haul. Never again!

Andre WThe app is terrible. The app could not find my location and it did not let me upload mileage and gas photos. Thank you to the store associates. They were able to troubleshoot and had my on my way. They were awesome.

LYNN BI paid for dolley which I never received ( please refund ) I drove less miles than paid for I don’t see the credit for the extra miles (please refund ) Staff was very rude ! Unpleasant to work with ! I will not return !

The truck that was giving to me had barely any fuel I bring the truck back.with the same amount of gas and they try to charge me a fee for that..and I called the place and stated that I needed for a little while long they stated ok that's fine and then charge me a late for that as well the.whole experience.was terrible.with uhaul.

Jerome tThe young lady that waited on me stop in the middle of the process and took a lunch break. leaving me to figure out the rest of the check in process which is all new to me, the tire was flat and she knew but waited until someone needed it and than fix it. I think that it should have been fixed as soon as the problem was reported,but the guy has excellent costumer service. He finished processing me in and when I brought the truck back.

wilky pThe customer service in-person was amazing. The check-in was very bad the company need to update there, bandwidth package deal do whichever to make that process go better cause it was horrible. Doing everything online at registration and still having to repeat it all over when you get to the location took 20min off my time. Do to the online system not recognizing the ID it took scanning that in 6 time for me to move forward with my checking in before I receive the van. And another few min to still access the damn van because that another check-in process. The things we have to do now because of others faults

Manuel MThe self-serve checkout is okay, but that absolves the employee to really assist you. The system provided a truck to me that was not at that location. The employee gave me another truck no problem, but none of the online records matched my truck causing an issue to close out the rental. The employee who fixed the issue was very pleasant, professional and courteous even though she had to clean up another person's issue.
