filthy windshield and no washer fluid... also I called 8 times during the day, and not once did the location pick up the phone -- sent to main uhaul # where they could not answer the question I had, and so tranferred me back to the local location (where they continue to ignore the phone).

CHRISTIAN BU-Haul Mt Laurel always has the equipment we need. And the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Michael RWe arrived after hours and did the online check in with photos. Everything went fine until we had to leave the keys in the Dropbox but we couldn’t find the dropbox. There was a picture online but we couldn’t find the box. We had to call customer service at 10:30 pm to find out that there is no box. There’s an opening high up in the window next to the door that we had to drop in the keys It was rather confusing. Overall though the establishment looked nice but we didn’t deal with anyone there. The woman at customer service on the phone was wonderful - very helpful in researching where to find the key return.
