Poor initial customer service. Member that was processing my rental was eating lunch and drinking his monster during the whole interaction. Other guy couldn’t be bothered to get his feet off the counter while there was 2 customers in the facility. Upon drop off, member another member was very quick to come out and help unhook the trailer from the truck.

ANTHONY GI am contacting you regarding a billing dispute for Contract # 78463218. I reserved a truck online for an advertised total of $22. When I arrived, the price was changed to $54. I was forced to pay this unexpected amount under duress because I had a time-sensitive pickup scheduled for furniture I already purchased.I did not authorize the added fees, and your upfront advertising was completely misleading. I am requesting a refund of $32 to reflect the original price I was promised online. If this is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint with the FTC and my state's Attorney General for deceptive pricing practices.

Steve Ba dozen cameras on the lot cover ONLY U-haul assets while the customer parking in the secluded rear of the building has ZERO cameras. you might as well just say "we care about our stuff, but not yours".

John CThe trailer door was difficult to slide up and down. Upon arriving at our destination, a few items shifted up against the inside of the door, jamming it shut. I had to aggresively slam on the brakes multiple times to shift the cargo off the inside of the door allowing me to eventually get the door up. A drop-down ramp or double-opening door would be much easier to work with.

CHRISTIAN Srented a 10' box truck. it drove like a truck, felt every bump empty and loaded. please improve suspension system. milage charge was a surprise for non-commercial usage. overall very pleased with the service, will use again, and recommend your services.
