SUSAN MNot sure what you can do to improve. It was a flawless rental Nate from Taft Road was very helpful hooked up. And showed me the features of the trailer and it was a flawless trip. I also want to thank Joe D from Thompson Road who took the time to find what I needed at a different location thanks Joe and Nate. Great job.

Stephen BOn the car trailers it would be great if the wheel straps were not put in the turn buckles and rolled up very little room to get all the strap out when it’s empty it took two of us to hold it and try to get the strap out to use it,the gentleman who worked there gave me a hand.When I returned it I looped thru turn buckles once and tide excess in a not so it would be easy for the next guy,thank you

Kelly CI’m not sure if there could be anything to make the experience any better. I did need to extend my reservation, and due to the weather I was late returning the van. Nick was more than understanding and gave me an extra few hours. I greatly appreciated this especially running on virtually no sleep without any help with my move, then add the weather to the mix and it could’ve been much worse. I’m thankful for the help and understanding from Nick. I’ll definitely recommend this location and I’ll definitely be back next time.
LISA MI put 5 gallons of fuel for 71 miles...they went and charged me an additional $14.56 for 3 more gallons. I went off the graph and it called for 5 gallons not 8...terrible customer service...

Michael MThe algorithms for the safe driver features on your vehicles are atrocious. Doesn’t matter if you have one hand on the wheel or two hands on the wheel, the “alarm” goes off, which turns off the radio and it will do this continuously every couple of miles. What does is create an agitated irritated, and perhaps even angry driver on the road because the average driver wants to enjoy their music or audiobook or podcast without interruption. The fact that your alarm is going off every 2 to 3 miles down the road regardless of where your hands are position how long they’ve been there etc. etc. we are now creating a clear and present danger for the road as the drivers are no longer at ease or peace. I don’t think for a moment that this forces them to become better or more alert drivers on the roadway - to the contrary because now every time the alarm system goes off, the driver needs to look down instead of paying attention to what’s on the road ahead of them. You really need to look into your algorithms or have heat sensors where people are keeping their hands

Had to wait in line 45 minutes only to find out that the truck that we had reserved over a month ago wasn’t there so we had to go to another location. I am calling to try and get some compensation for the extra Myles and the extra time.

Aaron LPlease let customer pick drop off location. Service representative could not search this location when equipment was picked up. The phone call to change the drop-off location took over 20 minutes. We were rolled to another representative twice, the first time to one in another state, who could not help us. A simple change in the software for the pick-up could have prevented this.

KENNETH WThe trucks cab leaked extremely bad. I and my animals were completely soaked from rain. Also, the upper platform leaked and my boxes and contents placed up there were also saturated to include furniture on the ground. I am beyond upset. Also, the trucks engine belts were loose and made noise the entire time.
Michael EThe gas gage should be digital, I put 5 gallons in and was told not enough. We went 60 miles and the looked close to when we picked it up. It's not a perfect system, but overall was good.

ELLIS BBrakes Wiper blades Ramp difficult to get seated and unseated from the ramp perch in the edge of the rear bumper. Cab leaked in the rain- water was pouring in through the seatbelt openings in the pillars behind both cab doors. Cargo roll up door hard to operate Nice ride though.
