The trailer I rented was clean and ready to go when I arrived. The checkout process was quick and easy which allowed me to be on the road quickly. I would use this U-Haul location again without hesitation.
STEVEN GIf renting the trailer few a few hours was a little cheaper I would do it much more often. The 5x9 with ramp is very nice. But over $30 for a few hours is pretty steep. Overall pretty happy though.

SHANNON MYou could clean the 8 inches of snow off the windshield and provide a snow brush. Have the parking lot plowed and the truck un barried so the customer can get out the parking lot. Hire someone that wants to work there not just a body with attitude.

LAWRENCE BMy only issue/concern was that the engine light came on about an hour or so after renting and was already en route to move items. I did call to report it, but very nerve wracking not knowing if truck would breakdown. A discount would be nice due to uncertainty and stress.

Christen MNick was very helpful.My only comment is the gas gauge did not seem to work.I used up just less than a gallon but at the pump i put in more than 4 gallons to bring it back full.

EDWARD WWhen I got home I noticed that the appliance dolly had a missing stair band on left side. I had to drive all the way back to center to exchange it. The fuel cost more than the rental.

GERALD LThe steering on the small truck I had was getting a bit loose, probably wear out of the steering coupling. Truck tended to wander in the driving lane.

BASIL AI had to take the advertisement sign out of the window and the windshield was disgusting and I couldn't see out of it I had to try cleaning it in route location and made it worse

charles mThere were software issues so the Chechen was awkward. The truck needs mechanical repairs with the steering. It was very difficult to close and latch the cargo bay door.
