GEORGE RThere was dog hair and slobber all over the interior of the truck. The back was cleaned and swept but the inside the cabin was covered. As someone with sensitivity to animal hair that was uncalled for.
Monica FGreat staff, but my moving experience was very stressful due to timing constraints….the understaffing of this location caused MAJOR difficulties because they were unable to address issues in a timely manner. Only one employee on duty caused me to be late getting the truck to the moving site, while paid laborers were waiting. Also, I was originally supposed to receive a trailer at a fraction of the cost, but when they plugged in the lighting harness, it blew a fuse in my car. Since there was only one employee present, again, they were unable to address this fuse issue therefore I had to rent a gigantic truck since there were no cargo vans available. Thus increasing my cost tremendously. Also, since I was forced to rent a truck I had to leave my car on site which meant I had to move out of town and then return for my vehicle all in the same day before closing. I am 64 and handicapped, this was excruciatingly difficult! You need to have your locations fully staffed!

jimmie cI usually get my propane tanks filled at this location and everyone is so nice and professional. Returned a 10 ft moving truck and it was so easy and laid back. No one stressing or rushing, just getting the job done in a methodical manner. Thank you

errol bWas supposed to receive a discount of $36 for equipment not used and did not receive. A tarp was left in truck by previous renter and was full of water, so we did not use the tarp. Also brought our own dolly and did not use the one on the truck, the previous renter had left it. Please deduct the money from our cost. Otherwise, all else was fine.

JAMES WThe experience was OK. When I walked in there were three people standing at the desk talking about their personal lives. I stood there for probably four minutes before I finally stopped them and said hey does one of you work here. So the one sitting down on the phone asked me if I had a reservation and I told him I did and gave him the information and then he told one of the other two go get him this and then he looked at me and said pull around in the back. There was never welcome in or how are you doing? How can we help you? It’s OK because they weren’t out right rude, they just seem to be preoccupied with whatever they were talking about.

Dyaarl AThe truck needs an alignment! There is a great deal of drift or oversteer when driving on the highway. Had my wife tried to drive this vehicle she would have definitely had an accident with the truck and its drift oversteer.
