Truck could use better inspection to be more ready.
RAMON DCustomer service ladies were incredible and certainly deserve praise/raises. They were all really patient and helpful from check-in to checkout. Both even stayed after closing to help assist me with the checkout process. Can’t thank them both enough. Will certainly right a google review and recommend this exact location because of those two.

BRAXTON FI was overcharged for gasoline on my rental. When I got the rental truck about 1 mile from the rental location I noticed that the truck was almost on empty. I thought this was unusual but I had a lot to move that day and was in a hurry. I assumed that everything would be correct on the invoice. When I got my final bill I was charged 40 something dollars for 7 gallons of gas. I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas which was more than what it had when I left with the truck. What can I do? I would like a refund on what I was charged for gasoline. I returned to the rental place and waited in line to talk about this overcharge but there were too many people in line and I had other business that day, Sat March 29. Please let me know what can be done. Thank you, Mike Franceschini
MICHAEL FMore staff? More organize!!! The lady that runs the place she’s white and older side was sorta rude.. can tell she’s not really happy? Called me saying we didn’t turn in the truck and called me a minute later that it was there. She did apologize but she had already said I was causing her a problem ?? Hmmm need someone that knows what they’re doing

JORDAN PDon’t charge people like me for things they didn’t ask for or use and then don’t allow for it to be eliminated from the bill. I didn’t like that. Dolly and coverings, etc..
Trent SI had an absolutely terrible experience with the original facility on Burbank Blvd. and after wasting an hour and a half with customer service, was finally recommended to the Victory location. This one was fabulous and the other needs to be shut down.
DAVID FI’ve been here before it’s very nice. I wanted to also say my U-Haul trucks steering is very loose on the freeway. Meaning it was hard to stay in the lanes because the wheel moved so quickly. I had to pull over twice and I only had 3 small items in the back..
Ezekiel RThe staff guys were fine; the van I rented had a broken antenna (missing), and so the radio did not fully operate in pulling in all of the stations--particularly the stations I wanted to hear. Please fix the antenna on the vehicle for the next rental customer.,

Steve YI reserved a truck and furniture dollies from another location only to discover that they had no furniture dollies. I was told to drive to corporate location and they would give me the dollies. It was only after some gentle pleading, was the worker at the Victory Bl location able to find furniture dollies to rent to me separately. To me this was average service, though the young man was pleasant enough and understanding. It was my impression this was a common occurrence. I give the location above average rating because when I returned the dollies, what I assume was the manager was able to adjust my order from the other location so that I was not charged twice for the dollies.
Ralph RThey don’t let you drop off the key after hours, which was super inconvenient. Why do I need to keep the van overnight?
VI LThe employees were friendly and helpful, but the truck I received was incredibly difficult to get started. This truck would sometimes take over a minute of jiggling the steering wheel, pressing the brake, and jiggling the key before I could get the key to turn. I know sometimes the anti theft can cause the key to seize, especially if the wheels are turned, but I've never had anywhere near as much trouble starting a car even when the tires were straight.
CRAIG LThis is an excellent store. Your team members are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am disabled. Shiv was kind enough to rearrange all the boxes in my car, so he could fit the dolly in. He also helped me choose the correct dolly for my needs. Overall an exceptional experience!

Same for the drop off, I've rented a lot of uhauls over the years and this is by far the best experience I've had! This is the first time I've even taken the time to rate, it was that good! I will definitely recommend this location and used this location from now on when I'm in this area. BRAVO!! Deserves recognition because I was so pleased! Thanks again!! Made the move way more pleasant

THERESA ODon’t rely solely on U-Haul, although your time and date is confirmed that does not mean that they will honor it . My move was delayed due to U-Haul not having a truck available for me at my selected time and date even though it was reserved and confirmed .

JESSIE MEmployees were great. It’s the people outside and around the location. Not only that. When you’re looking for a receipt for the transaction, when the charges are more than the original amount. You can’t find it anywhere after it’s finalized. You need to do way better please.

RABI ETruck was rented with less than a quarter tank of gas. I returned it with a bit more, and was charged for a full tank of gas. Called the location, and they never took car of it, so had to talk to someone at HQ. Everyone there is extremely nice.

April RThe truck don’t has gas and is very dirty
RIGOBERTO VFraudulently added miles & incorrect gas information resulting in over charges. I have pictures & video of both dashboard boards (received & returned) with the correct mileage & gas. Was reviewed by U-Haul customer service & had to file a refund & customer incident report to the the general manager of the area. If this does not get get resolved I will seek legal action for misrepresenting a charge for service. This is a misdemeanor offense pursuant to California Business and Professions Code Section 12024.1 BPC.

JUAN MI got charged twice the amount I reserved it at. Plus the gas tank was nearly empty and I filled up with $30. Very inconsiderate of U-Haul
FRANCISCO MThey charge me $10 more and even used the mileage charge, I suppose to ride it for 20 mi, bit i rode it 19mi. The gas level was the same at the moment of drop off, no excuses for the extra charge!

Natalia SThe fuel gauge on your truck is off and very very slow, I ended up paying $25 extra to refill the gas so the gas was 1/3 fuller than it was supposed to when I was about to return it because the gas gauge is very slow rising compared to other trucks while I was filling up and checking the gauge..
