Vehicle was very dirty on the inside. There was a lock on the back that they didn't give me the combination for.Jeff H.

She told me that if I brought it back with the tank the same level it was when I rented it I would get a discount. I put 15 dollars in it, mind you, I only used it for 8 miles!! She then told me that it needed to be a quarter tank full. So basically I needed to put in more gas than it was given to me with which ultimately is more than the â€œdiscountâ€ anyways so I ended up putting gas in PLUS having to pay for it not being a quarter tank. So after not being transparent she had the nerve to be rude and dismissive about it. This is the second bad experience with uhaul, last time I was charged for a dolly which they never gave me and when I emailed about it it was completely ignored. Just like this will be. Terrible customer service.Sarah B.
Pickup was fine and drop off was quick but they failed to properly check me out and then call asking where the trailer is. Had to waste 45 minutes explaining after a long hold with the branch and then a manager that it was already turned in. Trailer cost me 21 bucks but the wasted time with this was annoying and at a inconvenient since i was in mexico that morning. Im outraged about it.Patrick A.
We picked up the vehicle, drove twenty miles to the store to pickup the product. There was a padalock on the box truck. We called customer service. Waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, but then for him to talk to the person at our uhaul site took another 20 minutes to get the combination of the lock! Totally unacceptable! I told them I wouldn't pay. We came to an agreement for 20 dollars of the price. I will never use uhaul again! That many minutes to talk to a person is just unacceptable. I predict uhaul will be out of business within a year, because of your present 'business' practices!RANDALL J.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the equipment and very welcoming. I guess to improve the experience for the next customer, let them know that if they drop off after hours to do the online drop off if they have a smart phone. when I went ot pick up the clerk was not wearing his mask properly and allowed other customer in without masks. When a mentioned it he complied but then worked with a very terse attitude. when i returned the van the fellow was just the opposite nice fast and curteous.ELIZABETH W.

Change U-Haul policy. I was running late to pick up my truck. I spoke to the customer service person to let him know that i was on my way, but he still told me was going to release the truck. I sent my daughter over to pick up the truck and he still told her that he released the truck and canceled the reservation. Finally, she convinced him to give her the truck. Unbelievable.ZACHARY S.

There's no customer parking so it's often a dangerous crossing of Victory Blvd. or possibly having your vehicle broken into those hours you have to leave it on the street.Daniel N.
