Kevin RobertsonI made reservation for a 26ft U-Haul about a week In advance. So on my pick up date which was Tuesday 1/30/24 around 6:15 I get a call from the location to confirm that I was coming and he also said he was just confirming because that location normally doesn’t do One-Way Trips. I told the representative that I was right up the street. Made it there in less than 5 minutes so me and my husband sit in the car because I was doing the pick up in my mobile app. We ended up going in the inside and the representative says you are here for the 26ft one way truck and I replied yes, after which he said let me see if this truck will start because thieves have been targeting our trucks. He comes back and say that one will not start. So now we left with a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom to move in a 20ft U-Haul. Said all this to say that me and my husband which this young man crank up and move the 26ft truck without any problems. I don’t know if he just didn’t want us to rent the truck due to the fact that it was a one way or what. But my point is that they knew we was coming to pick up the truck since early that morning why I didn’t get a call saying oh something is wrong the 26ft but we can see if another location has what you need. I won’t recommend this U-Haul location to my worse enemy.

Gokay AygunThe general manager was very nonchalant, rude, and didn’t want to be at work. The truck had a leak in the corner and rain ruined my belongings. They are very lazy and did not perform a pre-inspection before letting me rent the truck. This was unacceptable!
JASMINE JORDANService was good but vehicle was somewhat damaged the driver Door had a gap between the cab and door frame. That alot of air and wind noise. Also in the flyer and in the web site the measurements for the opening for the truck box said 7'3" = 87" that's why I went ahead and made the reservation because the height of my refrigerator that I bought was 80 inches. When I got to the place to pick up my fridges the opening was not big enough. I measured it and it was 6'2" = 74" which I was not able to use the rental. So I paid for a service I didn't use.

Glenn CollinsThe truck was poorly maintained, had a problem with steering, the oil light kept coming on and going off and the headlights were very dim (even though I had them on bright). The last truck I rented was in much better shape and easy to steer. Yes I would recommend the location because the desk guy was very helpful but give the truck a test drive before you accept it.

I called this location and got transferred to the national reservations line and didn't know it until after in the conversation about what I needed.

I requested another truck again no one showed me where the truck would be and got very wet again. Im all this location has trouble customer service.

DERICK DODDNever have a dolly ,there was a uhaul was literally part jammed in to my rental. That left dent. There was no gas at all. I barely made it to gas station after just picking up the truck. And the mileage when I got in the truck was way off. Not professional at all. Very disappointing.
