We got to the entrance on Market Street three minutes before 7pm and it was chained. By the time we went around the back streets to get to the entrance facing the freeway it was a couple of minutes after seven. This little trick added a little over 50 miles to our budget. I have used this location before and timing was never an issue but this time we were rushing to return it the same and couldn't do it.

LOLITA OI was way over charged for the vehicle it ran very poorly the tire wouldn't even hold air and when I told the worker about it they told me that it was just the sensors.. What should of been $177.00 bothtrucks and insurance 50mil + $77.43 extra miles Total should be 253.43 Now I've already paid 165.54 Now 253.43 - 165.54 = 88.89 But your claiming I owe 152 now I'm no math wise or nothing nor am I some jack ass that math simple math just does not add up now does it.??? I will not pay more then I owe I'll close my account before I let that happen
Tiffany GI loaded all of my things into the truck for the latch not to lock so I couldn’t even move all my belongings like I intended. I had to bring the uhaul back because the door would not stayed closed this was a vey inconvenient experience for me because the store isn’t even open

VICTOR EIt let me book the U-Haul online for 3 hours but they said it needed to be returned at 2 because they close at 7. I told them it shouldn’t have allowed me to rent it until 8. They said if it wasn’t returned by 7 I had to pay to keep it until the morning.

JUAN GMy original reservation was for the Uhaul location at Crosby-Lynchburg, 12012 Crosby Lynchburg Rd., Crosby, TX 77532. When I arrived at my reservation time of 5:00 PM they were closed even though their hours were posted as closing at 8:00 PM. I called BOTH numbers listed with no answer. Left messages with NO CALL BACK. I had to drive an extra 45 minutes with severe weather coming in. BY the time I arrived at the Northshore location we were under a tornado watch. The FAILURE of the Uhaul location in Crosby put my safety in danger. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will NEVER use Uhaul again and will NOT recommend them. In fact I would like to see their franchise pulled.

ALONA TNothing that I could see. Sydney was great had great customer service skills very helpful had bad experiences in the past with my storage and I said I would never use U-Haul no more . After the great experience I had with Sydney I will reconsider Unhaul.

THOMAS ODont lie to people. I asked a worker what could I do if I needed the U haul truck for 1 more hour and she said it was okay, as long as I returned it before they closed the store. That was a lie. I still got charged. Then I noticed I only used the truck 19 miles and got charged for 35 miles. I dont mind paying fees if I have to. But why lie? Last time ill use U Haul.
