No issues with this site, Uhaul dispatchers are my issue. Wife had reservation that was processed wrong and made us cancel it and have to make alternate plans. Someone also cancelled that reservation.on your end. My wife had already given feedback on all the details.

Enrique VThe equipment was clean; however, the maintenance of the U-Haul truck was a bit concerning. After picking up the truck from this location, which is less than 4 miles from my apartment, I parked it and did not move it until the following day. The next day, I loaded my belongings into the truck and began my journey to my new address, which is 41 miles from my previous one. Approximately 2 to 3 miles after departing, the check engine light illuminated. This caused me to be scared and uneasy, as I was unsure why the check engine light had come on and was concerned about the possibility of the truck breaking down en route to my new residence. I was scared and panicked, unsure of how to proceed. I contacted roadside assistance to inform them of the situation, just in case the truck experienced a breakdown.

Eliza GThe experience began with the person at the desk being rude to another customer in front of of me. When I got to the truck to take pictures and verify everything the app kept crashing and I had to do the information with pictures 4 different times, i even attempted to use the website browser and it continued to do the same. When opening the back of the truck I saw about 5 german roaches scatter into the corners of the truck. I did not feel comfortable to go back and say anything due to the interaction I witnessed. The inside of the truck also smelled of marijuana and I wondered why that wasn’t taken care of prior to it being available to rent out, there was also water on the floorboard. The app and browser did the exact same thing when returning the rental. Very disappointed over the quality of the truck, while I was driving I had to constantly stick my hand out the window on the freeway because the rear view mirror kept moving out of place after adjusting it, which made it very dangerous for me. That’s puts me at risk and in danger to merge myself over.

david aRude and condescending , there is a female employee with sleeve tattoos. She greeted me in the driveway to tell me the trailer wouldn’t fit. So, she is telling me to reverse it out onto the one way interstate feeder road and come around the back. Problem is, there are vechicles all around so I cannot clearly see what I’m reversing into on the freeway so she tells me she is going to guide me out. We try that, but I notice she tells me to reverse while a car is coming by at over 50 mph. I told her I did not feel comfortable with her ability to spot me while I reverse. So, she tells me (in a very condescending way) to just reverse park in some tight corner, which didn’t work out because another customer just pulled in to the spot. I look and see that instead of staying outside to help me, she goes inside and I can visibly see her gossiping to the other guy what was going on with my situation. Instead of helping me, she chose to go and sit inside. Another customer saw that I was struggling, and he came to my aide and spot reversed me. Poor attitude and not willing to help was my experience with today’s morning staff.

Gissell GEverything went well with this rental. I do have a complaint about the person who checked the truck out to me. Adrian was very rude and dismissive of my question. When I asked a question, he said that "if you'd let me finish talking" without answering my question. So, he was more interested in finishing the check out process than answering my question, which he never did. He completely dismissed me. If he is treating others this same way, he is doing a real disservice for Uhaul. If I hadn't really needed the rental, I might have just canceled right then and walked out.

kelly mThe employee behind the desk chastised me for using the mobile pickup saying that their location doesn’t do that (even though it’s an actual UHaul store?) The truck that I picked up was clean and had lower mileage but it had very little fuel in it. I had to get fuel and ended up leaving it on half a tank. I also thought it was stupid that I only got 30 free miles despite the fact that my move was over 50 miles away.

I called the store to advise that either I clean the back & get a discount for the inconvenience or return to swap out another truck - either way, both were going to be an inconvenience for someone not doing their duties to ensure these trucks are ready to go.

Now I see after 5-6 months that the google reviews are ACCURATE. Very disappointed in the GM Sydnee Alexander and Adrian for showing unacceptable behavior to be employees of Uhaul. I’ve spoke with Uhaul and made it report on the situation.

JOSE TThey say that if you put in more than a quarter tank of gas, you get a discount. I didn't drive more than 15 miles, I put in $18 worth of gas, and I never received the discount.

JACINTO CWe got to the entrance on Market Street three minutes before 7pm and it was chained. By the time we went around the back streets to get to the entrance facing the freeway it was a couple of minutes after seven. This little trick added a little over 50 miles to our budget. I have used this location before and timing was never an issue but this time we were rushing to return it the same and couldn't do it.

LOLITA OI was way over charged for the vehicle it ran very poorly the tire wouldn't even hold air and when I told the worker about it they told me that it was just the sensors.. What should of been $177.00 bothtrucks and insurance 50mil + $77.43 extra miles Total should be 253.43 Now I've already paid 165.54 Now 253.43 - 165.54 = 88.89 But your claiming I owe 152 now I'm no math wise or nothing nor am I some jack ass that math simple math just does not add up now does it.??? I will not pay more then I owe I'll close my account before I let that happen
