THAD Lwash the windshield and clean the interior (previous soda/liquid spill on floormat) and one of the moving blankets we rented was all torn up - will say that the staff was excellent, and giving us a discount on the truck due to low fuel was appreciated.

keith cI have a problem with your policy of returning the vehicle “full”. I drove 35 miles, but when I filled the tank just before returning the vehicle, it took 6.661gallons. What a shock! When I checked the vehicle before leaving, the fuel gage indicated full. When I returned the vehicle, after putting in over 6 gallons, the fuel gage indicated slightly over full. Obviously the vehicle was NOT full when I got it, even thought the gage indicated full. I recommend you implement a procedure to ensure vehicles are full before they are rented out. I ended up spending $26.77 on gas for a 35 mile round trip. Not happy!!!

Tony TThe truck needed an oil change. There was a message displayed in the dashboard screen indicating the truck needed an oil change. The exterior of the truck was very dirty and should have been washed before being made available to rent.

tracy bThe lady working was finishing up a returned vehicle, so I parked directly behind it and proceeded to wait patiently. A minute later, another vehicle pulls up and parks in the lot and then proceeds to wait at the door of the building for it to open ( it was a couple minutes prior to opening time of 7am). After putting away the rental vehicle she had been working on, she went inside to open the building and proceeded to help the customers who arrived after me. I waited 16 minutes for her to help them get their rental and also assist in helping them hook up the trailer. When she finally arrived to me to check in my rental van, it took her less than 2 minutes to finish with me. Her inability to deal with customers in order was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, not to mention the lack of common sense to understand that checking in a return rental would take less than 2 minutes. I was extremely displeased with this experience. This ranks up there with the time I was held at gunpoint by police because they said my U-Haul van was reported stolen.
Eddie WI was charged for fuel inadvertently I’m sure. Not a lot. But not correct either. I returned it with MORE fuel than when I got it.
robert dWe were very happy that this location had a Car Hauler left on the lot and it allowed us to get back to Vegas when we really needed it.

john fTeam was great but I couldn’t drive the van due to a windshield wiper not being properly attached. Severely unsafe with the rain and still got charged for the rental even though we couldn’t even use this rental? Very confusing and honestly a waste of money and time off to deal with.
ZACHARY LI arrived just after closing time and a female staffer took a few extra minutes to help me out. She was friendly and made my rental experience something that will make me choose U-Haul and this location specifically in the future. I wish I would have gotten her name so I could pass it on.

Jaime HIf you are going to charge $19.95/.69 mi for the vehicles in good condition then rent vehicles that are in bad condition for the same price it makes it easy to feel ripped off. The only consistency was the fact that I was charged for every item I used and every minute I used it, if the location could pay attention to upkeep and customer service I doubt I would have a complaint.
