The salesperson forgot to take the uhaul lock off the truck. I noticed it when I did a walk around looking for any damage on the truck. It would be helpful to have a little more direction and guidance (truck lane, lock off, etc.) when one picks up a vehicle. Salesperson was pleasant and easy to deal with.

RICHARD OYes clean but there was the black rubber that came off on the passenger side and the truck needs maintenance. I should receive $40 refund. By the grace of god we made it back. The employees were not available inside when I stopped by on 5/9.

MICHAEL GI would not return to this location. While the staff was nice they had no sense of urgency. They had 1 person working the counter. A group of 10 of us stood in line for at least 30 minutes. It took over an hour to pick up a trailer.
SCOTT GWe had to drive there from Long Beach location where we had reserved a month in advance and they didn’t have one and we never got notified that we were not going get what we reserved. Both locations could have cared less and then harnessed us by phone upon bringing it back late. Very very poor customer service and we will look elsewhere next time and maybe just purchase our own not to have to go through this again.
MIGUEL GHeavy traffic of homeless in the parking structure not safe for women to do drop offs at night. Could use better lighting in the parking lot. Homeless people DO NOT LIKE LIGHT! Crime is done in the dark.

Michio NPros: Quick to get keys, Quick to return keys. Cons: The seats are worn out and not vacuumed. The parking lot where the trucks are located is cramped. Hidden fees come up during the transaction.

JOSEPH LThe last two times I rented a truck I was really upset. This time was worst than last weeks rental. My truck was smelly, and the clutch was on its last leg. I tried to call multiple times the day of but could not get through to anybody. Your customer service is extremely subpar. On top of that, the truck haul feature button would not turn off so I wasted needless gas. The truck also stank of exhaust. Your 150k mile trucks should not be rented out.
NIMA KWith only one experienced guy manger Jeff and stupid customers "small talking" it would be time-wise beneficiary for us other customers that want to go one with our day to train staff "allowing small talk" and maintain quick timely business.

BRADLEY PU-Haul is great. They have the equipment when you need it and the Torrance Old Town location on Western has a great staff.
GREGORY HIt was a complete hassle renting the truck, and returning it was even worse. I was charged for gas, and I put gas in the truck before I returned it. Not a good experience at all. I will probably use a different company next time.

We waited in line for 30 - 45 minutes to pick up a truck we reserved...then when I dropped off the truck, I was there 5 minutes before they opened and was 4th in line and waited 20 minutes and finally checked in my truck on my phone and left. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, there just isn't enough staff.
