Glad to see some maintenance done on some of trailers. Please keep up with maintenance so customer does not need work about getting flat or other issues while renting equipment.

I ORDERED A CARGO VAN OVER A MONTH IN ADVANCE SO I CAN USE BUT GOT a 10' moving truck style. Not a big deal. I know that Fed Ex takes them all. But, I order the truck one day earlier than I need because in the past I ended up with a 20' truck and I had hard time to park. This causes me to pay extra day for nothing, because I really wanted a CARGO VAN. Anyways. They handle nice and made it work. I just thought if I order a day earlier than I need I would at least get van I wanted. I cost me extra in gas, rental and insurance. But again I will always use this location. :- ) Just like van better and am always worried I won't get in December and i cost me more money. THANK YOU, KENJI

I was charged $4.99 for something that I was not aware of (#07341C) and on the invoice, this code does not specify what I paid for. Also, the green tie wrap on the dolly was broken when I opened the back door to begin loading items into the truck. I took photos and had to explain to the employee when I returned the truck, that the green tie wrap was broken BEFORE I had picked up the truck early in the morning. Luckily I wasn’t charged.

Manager, Angela, was amazing...she's a super pro; problem-solver; life-saver. We didn't think we'd be able to get same day on a Saturday truck and moving help and were desperate. She made a difficult time so much saner for us. The best location ever used!

They are obviously trained poorly because the rep that checked me in either lied to me or didn't know the terms of the agreement enough to explain. She told me I had until midnight on the 5th of November to bring the truck back. I paid over $70 extra. This is a rackett. Also, they said they'd call me to discuss the overages however, I never even received any correspondences.

Your staff is very competent. However, the truck I rented had a burned out headlamp. I was driving in the dark. Not safe. Bad.

I always wind up paying three times the amount advertised... because you only list the rate for the truck rental... not all the fees and mileage rates up front. It’s a shock to return the truck and get a number so much higher than the one that was advertised. Also, the new process of having customers check in their truck after hours is daunting because I dropped the key before taking photos of the miles. So I don’t know if I paid for more or less than what I guessed.

Once again I brought the tumor (trailer) back at night, left it in the driveway and then the next day not only did I NOT receive an e-mailed receipt but I received a text and phone call asking when I was going to return the equipment As a VERY FREQUENT U-HAUL RENTER (50 times/year?) this occurs way too often and is driving me to go buy my own trailer.
