Rented truck for 6 hours and returned 21 minutes late due to traffic and was charged another rental fee. Not very happy about this and poor customer service.

PAMELA VNo issues here - I did this as an after-hours drop off. It was a bit annoying that I needed to install the Uhaul app before I could drop off, but then everything worked fine once I was in the app. The QR code being plastered all over the drop off location (and on your truck) made it easy for me to get the app.

Mary MI wouldn't recommend U-Haul to anyone after the equipment failure on the highway. The U-haul emergency service provider stated that neither rim was appropriate for the trailer and that the left tire was not appropriate. This placed me in a very dangerous situation requiring involvement of local police.

leonard oI requested a van. The morning that I went to pick up the van, they provided me with a box truck instead because the van "had problems". The box truck broke down on the highway and i was stranded for 2 hours. I would like a refund for my trouble.
Dustin CVerify all lighting (including headlight/taillights) are in working order. Problem encountered mid-trip with malfunctioning trailer lights. Overall dissatisfied based on pickup location, especially considering the 100% increase in rental cost from previous pricing.

SANDEEP TThis particular truck had a damaged gas cap, making it very hard to get it off to fuel it up prior to return. Additionally, the brakes are very bad. This could be dangerous in rough conditions, or if there was a need to brake quickly.

Michael TWhile pickup experience was good, truck itself was in poor mechanical condition. Had severe suspension or steering issues. I already raised a complained on same day. Waiting for the resolution. It was a real pain and stressful to drive that truck
