Rob SAlthough Keeley was very helpful, we had a bad experience with one of her staff that almost caused us losing our car off the trailer. We rented a 15’ van and a car trailer moving from Providence, RI to Tulsa, Oklahoma..1590 miles one way. Keeley told us to load the van and then bring it back and her staff would load our car on the trailer and ensure it was tied down safely, great!! However, when we returned, the employee that helped us seemed annoyed and could care less to be there or dealing with us. He had me drive the car onto the trailer. At this point I couldn’t get out because the door hit the trailer fender. He stood there and looked at us like we were a wast of time. I asked him how people get out. He literally shrugged his shoulders. At that point, we backed off the trailers, made the decision to unload the car, my daughter drove it back on and then climbed out of the trunk. Now, why this was happening, he strapped the car down and told us that it was ready to go and walked off. Picture unloading and loading a car on the side of a busy road. Once we were done, we hopped in and got on the road. I glanced at the straps and they seemed good. My bad trusting this person. 120 miles down the road, we pulled over for a quick refreshment stop. As I walked back around the truck, I noticed that the car had no straps on the tires as they were hanging loose and no safety chains holding it on the trailer and it had started bouncing backwards off the trailer. Thank god we stopped, we had to purchase WD-40 at the service plaza, because the ratchets for the straps were seized up. He just laid them across the tires and never ratcheted them tight. We spent another 45 minutes getting the straps loosened re-aligned and the ratchets working to get the car tied down. At that point I noticed the fender actually does come undone and rotate out of the way, but it was barely hanging on. We made it to Tulsa and it fell off as we entered my daughters new apartments, life is all about timing. This employee could have caused us to have a major accident on this trip because of his laziness and not caring about our safety. This was not ok.

ereminda GI rented furniture pads in the online reservation, but then when I got to the desk, there were no furniture pads available to rent. So that meant I had to BUY furniture pads. My question is why couldn't I just rent the pads that I bought. I left them in the truck anyway as a furniture pad is not really something I want to take home with me. The furniture pad situation here was just nonsense.

JOSE VI wouldn't recommend U-haul to anyone. U-haul is a total rip off. The pricing is very deceiving. I paid way more than I expected with all the fees. I called and was told it would be $40 for an extra day, which ended up being $73. Will never use this fraud company ago.

ROMAN PI don’t quite understand how it is that I got charged an extra day. I arrived at 8 AM leaf due day. It was due at 9:15 AM. I was looking at my app. I handed it in —handed the keys to the fella took an Uber back and two days later my bill said that I was being billed 40 bucks for an extra day. I’m not happy about it. Also don’t understand why I got a $25 cleaning fee. I swept it out. I left the 12 blankets in the corner of the van i didn’t smoke init. I dont smoke. It doesn’t make sense. One thing that’s annoying me about this is I’ve got to chase down the answers to these questions when I’ve just moved. I’ve moved myself, which is why I used U-Haul a month, senior citizen, female, and I have to go chasing down who assigned me this extra charges and why it’s annoying why do we have to deal through computers and not a person? Why couldn’t I have been given that invoice at the time that I handed in the truck so that I could discuss it and say at the time no this isn’t right so now I have to spend a half a day chasing it down not cool

CARLOS AClean the trucks and make sure rental equipment is secured in the back. Broken glass found in the truck after pickup and no straps in the truck to secure rental equipment. Above average for exceptional customer service from morning crew and night crew during pickup and drop off. The location is stocked full of everything one needs to move successfully and safely.

ASHLEY MThe only reason it gets 2 stars is for convenience in location.. otherwise check in was not as convenient as U-Haul makes it seem, because of this I had the manager Keely help out but missed to go through check in properly and opted me into coverages without asking me or displaying it or let alone noticing that on my reservation I had opted out. The van was disgusting, smelled and looked it, had no wiper fluid which makes you wonder about any other more essential fluids being taken care of. Lastly, the man who checked me out was very rude and intrusive asking very personal questions about the way I looked. Had to thank the person on the phone for staying with me while I made the dispute regarding coverages I did not need or ask for because of this.

ODETTE DGiving people the option to use cash app cards with out the person having to load a hundred on it. Example if the amount total is 73.00 uhaul will not accept the cash app debit card unless it had a full 100 dollar amount. I only had the exact amount on the card and i could not use it until i had to ask my son to cash app me the difference.
