Steven BTreat customer with respect and curtesy. We rent a truck for a move. We call to let them We needed to extend the return time. We were if return at the giving time i would have to pay additional 50 dollars and late fee.so we turn the truck on time reserve another. We got call that truck be available. So I inform them my belongings would out on street. I was told that was ok. It's a shame the manager was sitting there look over or try to help. It the only place in Simi valley.

Stephen FI rented a U-Haul online app for 24 hours they told me I had to return it in 6 hours or I would be charged $50 extra they would not let me extend my reservation. So I rented another one and my reservation was for 12:30pm they called me and said I couldn’t get it until 5pm. So I called back and one was reserved for me for 1pm in WINNETKA got there and was told they rented it already. I had the worst experience moving because of this. I wasted time and gas I should get a discount or something for this crap

The van was outstanding and was everything I required. I also liked being able to hook up my phone via Bluetooth. That was certainly a bonus. I will absolutely recommend this particular location to anyone who is in need of your fine services. Thank you and I'll be visiting the same location in a couple of weeks for my next rental.

MARK II been having to go to U-Haul quite a bit recently. I make sure to always return to LA Ave location. The best customer service. Justin was a great help. Made it quick and easy.
EDUARDO CDriving east on Los Angeles Avenue there is no easy way to pull into the Uhaul lot. I had to drive much further up the avenue to find a business I could turn around in to travel back west on L.A. Ave and then pull into Uhaul lot. That's a city of Simi Valley street design flaw. It does frustrate Uhaul customers though.
RICHARD C | First ImpressionsThe staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately this particular location doesn’t have very many storage units. I came 5 minute before closing thinking I could access my reservation of the storage unit and simply load my stuff in once the office closed, unfortunately that wasn’t an option. When I came at opening the next morning, the worker wasn’t able to locate my reservation or set me up properly. We waited for over an hour for us to finally get access to the storage unit. Again, the staff was super kind and I could tell they were doing everything they knew to do, but it was an unfortunate situation. This location seems great for truck and van rentals, but probably not the best for just storage rentals if you’re looking for something quick.

I had to ask them for access, when not one but 3 employees leisurely took their time moving their car show vehicles as I waited a few minutes. The facility is dirty and it would make sense with 3 ppl who just take their time doing almost nothing. There was a mixup by uhaul of my pickup location and the staff were not helpful. Which all coincided with the customer service number who basically did the same thing and pushed me off to someone else to someone else. What a waste of time having me drive all over town and not be helpful. Horrible experience. If I wasn’t moving and needed your services that day I would have gone elsewhere. From this point forward you lost a customer. Thanks for wasting my time. Good to see staff being paid to do absolutely zero work.
