The pads were not provided. Upon returning the vehicle, I tried to report this, but the service was extremely slow (1 hour); I had to drive the vehicle from the parking area to the offices myself, which was very cumbersome given the size of the vehicle. Bad services.

Give the inside workers training for everything that they need to know about taking care of quality customers like myself. There is always something else for them to do besides sitting around palavering on their cell phones. Once and a while they could check to be sure that the reserved vehicles will be available and ready for the customers to pick up. Also they could check to see if any changes have been made to the reservation by the customer. It would save time and money for everyone involved. At this location the counter staff seem only interested in receiving a check on payday for as little work as possible. They act like the customer is an annoyance to them while they are trying to relax. I was giving fifty dollars refund from main office because no one bothered to inform me that the vehicle I had reserved was not available for pick up before I spent $13.70 to catch an Uber to p/u the vehicle. That left me stranded needing to find a way back home since I changed the reservation to the following day and would now need to pay Uber again the following day with borrowed money. Theses situations can be avoided if the staff there could show a little care and concern about the job for which they are being paid to do. I use to live close to a budget truck rental and once they realized that the reserved vehicle would not be available they went all out. To make sure they notified me well before I showed up and offered me other alternatives.to This uhaul location is the closest to my house so try to do my rentals there and only because of the location. Everything else really needs to be addressed. Oh yeah I noticed roaches scampering when I went to put something in the cargo area so I went and bought two roach bombs and set them off hopefully I didn't bring any of them home with me causing more problems.😥😱

There was a little mix up with my reservation however it was straightened out right away. I believe the service reps name who helped me was Jamie. I believe she went over and beyond to straighten things out even during a time that was very busy at this location.

The team there was awesome. It was a crazy busy weekend, every truck everywhere was booked, there was a crowd of anxious people waiting in line and the team was super chill, very patient, good humor, kept things calm. It took all the stress and anxiety out of the transaction for me.

To Customer Support,I am writing to formally request a full refund for my recent truck rental due to multiple contract failures and safety violations.First, my reserved truck was unavailable at my chosen site. After a long wait while representatives called other locations, I was forced to travel an additional five miles north to your Vista Parkway location to retrieve a vehicle.Second, the truck provided was in unacceptable condition. It was handed over with only a 1/4 tank of gas and a broken passenger mirror, which presented an immediate safety hazard on the road.Given the extreme inconvenience, wasted time, and unsafe equipment, I expect a full refund of my rental fees. Please credit this back to my original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Only complaint about pick up location was they had no a/c in office. It was 86° in there and obviously uncomfortable for guests and employees. After getting keys, just kind of wandered lot to find truck and then had to ask for dollies. Main complaint is with location in which reservation was filed (1156 Caroline). They directed me to another location (901 Belvedere) in which they had no record of reservation. They told me to create new reservation, which I did, and then after waiting 30 minutes, they told me there were no dollies. 3rd reservation at Uhaul hub on Okeechobee was good.

I rented a car trailer online at the North Palm Beach location and found out they didn’t have it. I called the West Palm Beach location and they reserved one for me. When I arrived I found the employees working in an office with no air conditioning. Apparently broke the previous night. In spite of the hot steamy atmosphere, I was greeted by Mykeria B. She was polite, professional and accommodating. The other staff was equally friendly and helpful. I commend the staff, as it was busy, hot, and customers all needed guidance. What a refreshing experience these days. Thank you!

I paid for a furniture dolly and was never provided one. I thought it would be in the truck already and it was not. I’m not sure if I was suppose to retrieve it inside, if so it was not stated clearly. If customers are suppose to retrieve it inside, a recommendation for the app would be to make it more clearly stated in the mobile check in procedures. Otherwise it was a good experience with the truck rental.

Employees inside were rude and unprofessional. Breona had an attitude the minute I walked in the door. She did not speak or greet me , she starrred at me as i waited at the desk, and I had to say hello and share my needs . She appeared irritated with every question I had. Immediately told me the vehicle I needed was not available, although I had a reservation set . Not once did she ask if I had the vehicle on reserve or nothing. Just out right we don’t have it . One employee was talking to someone on her personal cellphone right at the counter and didn’t not say anything to customers . It was just a mess . It’s not like we were getting a free service . I’m highly disappointed in U-Haul and surprised that this is the standard of customer service provided . Disgusting customer service

I've rented at this location before and it's a quick pick up and drop off process. There are a lot of vehicles at this location so a great spot to find a rental and for local area moving. The staff inside and outside were friendly and quick to assist. Parking your vehicle initially seemed a bit limited, but they instructed where to park if leaving a car for the day so that was not an issue. I would definitely rent from here again.

Saturday and 1 employee in the office 6 people waiting to get helped you must have patience yet the gal working there is very nice …. Get her some help … dropped my trailer off and the next day I get a message that the trailer was still in my posession …. Someone not doing their job…. Gotta get ahold of the situation at this location …. Customer service needs attention…. Have rented from a few uhauls in the south fl area this one is the worst I’ve been to ….

The only probe I had with our U-Haul trailer was we ended up with a very very old one which made a lot of noisee and it was a lil dirty inside and during our 2,770 mile trip we felt a newer trailer would have been a better choice for that long of a trip. Other then that I have used U-Haul many trips and years.and I am usually very happy

Improve communication between your online booking program, customer service, and your stores— I was given a truck that broke down fifteen minutes into using. My experience with the customer service texting line was miserable. No one was tracking my file or my previous messages, service reps were repeating questions that had already been answered and sending ride share to wrong pickup locations. When I finally made it back to the store the “replacement” vehicle that I had been assigned was *also* a downed vehicle, because whoever in customer service assigned the vehicle didn’t check the status board of the store. The entire experience was wasteful, inconvenient, and completely threw off my logistical itinerary which affected the personnel I had scheduled to help with the move.

I was pulled over for a broken tail light and was outside for 45mins on the side of the road due to a broken tail light . I advised the young man at the location drop off and asked him what I was suppose to do he said just leave the truck keys in the truck . That was very poor customer service and would like a refund for my time

It would be nice to not have to spend time scrubbing and sanitizing the vehicle before I can feel comfortable using it. The past two rentals have been pretty nasty when I received them and I don’t want to end up sick due to touching other people’s biological waste and fluids that can clearly be seen on everything. There is always lots of animal fur all over the seats and I spend way too much time cleaning. I am now in the habit of bringing my cleaning supplies to the pick up because I know I will have to do some cleaning and sanitizing before I can leave with it. Also I would like the option of choosing the Ford because it is designed to work with the user. I seem to get the worst thing on the lot most times as I see the nicer vans just sitting. U-Haul is closer to me so it is more convenient for me to use U-Haul, but Budget gives me clean and up to date vehicles if I use them so when I just don’t have the time or the energy to clean your van I go a bit further to budget knowing that it will be sanitary and driver friendly . With U-Haul I have to be the one that makes sure that the next driver doesn’t have to clean before use. I always bring it back in much better condition than I receive it and more gas just to be sure there are no questions about that so I think I deserve to get treated like I am appreciated once and a while. The contract states that you except the vehicle to be returned clean but it seems that I am the only one complying with that rule and the yard guys don’t seem to think it is their responsibility to see that it is clean for the next customer. Other than that everything else went well.
