Usually I get very friendly and respectful service. This time the person helping me didn't want to walk across to the key return box to show me where to drop the key after hours. This person decided that making me feel stupid for not seeing the return box right away was the way.

DOUGLAS HWhen doing in person business and transactions, It's imperative to be attentive in communications. Example, a senior citizens is renting a van for moving, representative was advised - need dolly and no man to help. Rep should have known appliances dolly would be to heavy for a senior woman. Thank God, I tried lifting the appliance dolly before leaving Uhal premise. The attendant switched to the lighter dolly. U-haul provides excellent service but due to rep response to customer needs. I give you four stars.

DEAN SI will say that this location and the General Manager was very helpful and made the process easy.... I will say that the call back service that Uhaul has is HORRIBLE! They said they would call me back afterhours within an hour.. 3 hours later they called me back and then when they finally connected me with someone... it hung up on me. I would definitely NOT recommend this service if someone was stranded afterhours or had a question... they would never get an answer or the help that would be needed.

Juan MTo clarify, the truck I rented was available as scheduled and in adequate condition. The main issue was that I had also reserved a handtruck and furniture dolly, and despite this being on my reservation, I was told at the facility that these supplies, though reserved and shown on my reservation, are actually only available on a first come first serve basis, and they had already rented out their supply of equipment that morning. Of course, these pieces of equipment were specifically reserved because they are almost essential in completing a move. The manager, Tim, made no attempt to help in this situation, or contact another dealer. He had a handtruck and furniture dolly right there at the front desk for sale, but refused to rent it to me, saying that it is for sale only. Having no other choice, I spent $100 to purchase the handtruck and furniture dolly available since they were needed for the move. His assistant, Cheyenne, did take it upon herself to contact a couple of other local dealers, though they did not have equipment either, and I appreciate her trying. The manager, Tim, who stated that he is also a part owner, was an embarrassment to represent a name like U-Haul that has served so many customers over so many decades, and is typically held out as the benchmark in the industry. I asked him what is the purpose of having a reservation if it isn’t to hold the equipment? He told me it was nothing wrong on his end, it had to do with the supply chain from U-Haul corporate. His answer made no sense. He should not be working there.

MICHAEL GThis is the second time they've overcharged me when I dropped off my trailer.A day early?They didn't decide to check it into two days later and try to charge me an extra twenty dollar fee.I caught it.I called, I demanded a refund.I should not have to do this.I dropped the trailer off on the fifteenth, rented it on the fourteenth.It should have been checked in on the fifteenth by the young girl that helped me take it off the truck. I would say one times an accident 2 times not. And this is the second time when they get a trailer in it should be logged in immediately.Not tell you, you're good to go.You get in your vehicle and leave next time.I'm gonna demand paperwork.Thank god I took a picture.That's timed and damp stamp date and time

JERMAINE TUhaul was pretty gross inside. Cup holders were filled with some kind of sticky liquid from a previous user. I was able to get a truck rented with ease pretty quickly though. The rep was decent and walked me to the truck which was nice. Overall, got the job done for what I needed.

Ricardo PI rented a 10 foot truck for a few hours and the experience was very good! Easy process to get the truck and easy process to return the truck! Also fair price. The only improvement would be to tell cust. Where to bring truck when returning. No one gave me a hard time though I was a first timer.
