ANTHONY NRental trucks should be provided with a full tank of fuel and not 3/8 of a tank. This practice is not customer service oriented but indicates mission creep and complacency. If you charge more for customers when the tank is not full make sure you lead by example. U-Haul was founded by veterans who understand customer service.

BHUPINDER SThere was a large predatory cat roaming the back lot by the trucks, so the location itself was not inviting at all. We were then charged for fuel when we were not supposed to be and charged for a late return even though we should not have been. We attempted to do an after-hours return but the app was not allowing it, so we had to sit in the parking lot until the location opened. The worker that we spoke to said he would take care of everything after I had explained all of the challenges (fuel siphoning issue from pickup site that resulted in lower fuel and later return time). Then we notice that we were charged for fuel ($77) and for late return. He charged us an additional $150!! Not happy at all and will never use this location again.
Ashley GI can see no reason to provide feedback on improving at this location. Supplies were stocked, crew was friendly, my hitch installation took a little over 2 hours as stated. A pad for the bench would sure improve things.
Ubaldo MNothing, everything was quick and easy. The U-Haul member that helped me was very friendly and quick with getting me checked in and out.
Flor MOnly complaint - no toilet in either bathroom. Otherwise the representatives were very knowledgeable. Wait time very small. All in all a great visit.

juan LI reserved a week in advance a 15 foot truck for one day. The day before was told the only one available is a 10 foot truck. We then had to do twice the work (especially with no ramp and some very heavy pieces of furniture). We were given an extra day, but we had not planned on doing two days of work. Why reserve in advance if we aren't going to get what we need in the first place? And this isn't the first time or the same location where this has happened. At this location there was only one person working at the front on a Saturday. Had to wait 30 minutes in line just to pick up the truck.
KARENE VThe interaction with U-Haul was always friendly, efficient and clear. The only improvement I can think of is the actual moving help from the customer's end. My moving crew was very efficient and FAST. Instead of being distracted by 3 things happening at once as I was, have at least one person with box list in hand directing traffic to get everything into the correct room. I know...DUH! Basic moving know-better. And I will pay attention to my own common sense next time.
Anne JThe gentleman that worked there seemed nice however waited for over 1 1/2 hours for a trailer pickup that we had already reserved and paid for online. Apparently the computer system was “running slow” but the wait time was absolutely ridiculous. Saw several customers just walk out and said they would go somewhere else.

Kathleen WThe only problem I had was that the windshield was not clean properly, or the wipers were not maintained well. This caused EXCESSIVE streaking and was a safety hazard while washing the bugs off and especially when we hit rain. It was hard to see through the windshield, and my son and I felt it was dangerous. We stopped and cleaned it at a gas station. The interior of the windshield was clean. For 94 plus thousand miles, the mechanical were very well taken care of and it ran well and the truck was clean. Tires good, ran good, AC worked well and the cab was very clean.
John HThe person who started my rental contract assigned me a open 6x13 trailer when I wanted an enclosed trailer. She switched to what I wanted, the said to meet where the trailers are parked and she would hook up the trailer. 22 minutes passed. I had to get the attention of a different employee to finish my pick up of the trailer. I was not very happy with this rental experience. 4 26 2026, Yuba City U Haul. You can do better.

Sandeep CCashier seemed to be having the worst day of her life or simply she just doesn’t have good customer service. The entirety of the transactions she seemed annoyed with the questions I had, this is our first time renting a moving truck. Needless to say I won’t be going back in person anytime soon.
