DIASTON BLa prise en charge du véhicule fut rapide et fluide et les explications claires cependant la remise des clés du camion fut plus compliqué. Ls indications données pour rendre le camion ne fonctionnait pas: application / assistance. Ma réservation était inexistante lorsque je tentais de me connecter. Cela a fait en sorte que j'ai mis plus de temps à rendre mon camion.

Tourigny DI did my rental on May 11 , 2026 for my moving day on July 1st, for a pick up at 5 am with the self pickup service. I arrived at this location Crémazie ouest a 4:50 Am on July 1st and nothing was working (I tried looking on YouTube to see how to do the self pick up, scan QR code on the vans in the parking lot,) .. the app was saying to contact the client assistance which I did, they said the self up was not available since the location was only opening at 7 am .. THAN WHY ALLOWING CLIENTS TO HAVE ACCESS TO PICKUP BEFORE THE OPENING HOURS!? one of the guy on site moving the trucks didn’t want to help us and was super rude! Not only that I wasn’t the only one in that situation. The store manager was not even at the location on the BUSIEST DAY OF THEIR BUSINESS.. MOVING DAY! This is unacceptable as the store manager should be on site early to support his employees and I want a compensation ($$$) refund for not being able to provide the service I paid for!

Sarah BWhen i reserve equipment with Uhaul, i expect it to be available in the pick up moment. When i show up and your employee tell me in a cold tone that the diablo lift is not available, although i already reserved it, Uhaul betrays me. The trailer is useless to me without the diablo lift (if it wasnt for luck when a customer returned one). Then when i ask your employee to find a solution for me, he tells me rudely to call customer service and refuses to own the problem, refused also to acknowledge he represents the brand. I will no longer rely on you or do business with you. Teach your employees to address the clients properly and with respect. Im not his buddy to address me casually. Teach them to own the problem. And do not sell me an item that wont be available when i show up to pick it up. You waste my time and gas.

Pour ce qui est le camion, La porte du côté conducteur ne pouvait pas s’ouvrir avec la clé, il fallait aller du côté passager pour avoir accès. Aussi, les miroirs bougeaient à chaque fois que le camion roulait sur une bosse et il fallait les recadrer manuellement, ça s’était un peu fatigant.

The uhaul in Laval on 13 lied to me I reserved a truck 21' over a month ago when I went to pick it up no truck and I had movers from uhaul app coming in an hr. And movers waiting in Ottawa. Gregory RCustomer service was the only thing I would recommand, somewhat. The employees did what they could in the condition they had to work with. Waiting was super long, it wwas hard to know where to go when it was time to return the van. The parking was blocked because there was too many returns at once and nowhere to move them. Van had pieces we had to give the desk before leaving. And overall, we had reserved a 15' truck over a month in advance and Uhaul's policy isnt made clear and we were told our reservation was moved on the 23rd, without being consulted. People plan moves around a truck réservation, we cant just change our plans like that.

Équipement en bon état et propre, sauf un élément : de l'eau est rentrée dans le devant de la boîte du camion, pendant une nuit de fortes pluies, de sorte que quelques-unes de nos boîtes ont été mouillées. Cela dit, le reste de l'équipement était A1 : camion, rampe, diable à électroménagers, chariot à roulette, couvertures. On retournera assurément chez UHaul pour ce type de location.

Ça prenait environs 10 minutes par client) J'ai attendu au moins 45 minutes pour prendre possession d'un trailer réservé bien en avance. L'employé a dû refaire le contrat, etc... Et j'ai eu la chance d'être tôt le matin. Après moi, le temps d'Attente devait être de plus d'une heure. Faites attention à vos employés : ce sont votre plus importante ressource et, de ce que j'ai vu samedi, ils sont tous prêts à quitter votre entreprise...
Mathieu MVery disappointing experience. I booked online for 10:00 AM on May 31st and arrived at 9:50, only to find a line of 15 people. To my astonishment, there was no separate line for reservations — despite completing everything in advance, I waited 90 minutes and didn't get my truck until 11:30. The process was extremely inefficient. Every customer spent 10–15 minutes at the counter, and even my own checkout took 10 minutes just for a signature, even though my entire profile was pre-filled and I used the U-Haul app. On top of that, the dolly I had reserved was no longer available, and the truck itself was a mess, with broken glass in the storage compartment. Worst rental experience I've had. I would not recommend.
Edouard CAméliorer le contrôle de vos véhicules pour ne pas donner des véhicules avec des dommages à vos clients et ne pas les accuser ensuite d'avoir causé les dommages, ça ressemble à une arnaque. Heureusement que j'ai pris une vidéo et j'ai eu de la chance parce que le dommage est difficilement visible depuis le sol.

BOISVERT MJ’ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec cet établissement. On m’a donné un camion qui était bloqué entre deux autres camions, donc impossible de le sortir. Quand je suis retourné au comptoir pour expliquer le problème, un employé a refusé de me parler correctement et m’a simplement dit de voir avec la personne qui avait fait mon contrat. Cette personne était introuvable. Quand j’ai demandé qui était le responsable, l’employé a d’abord refusé de me le dire, puis il a fini par me l’indiquer. Le responsable a finalement changé mon contrat, mais c’est moi qui ai dû aller vérifier le numéro du camion stationné dehors, comme si je travaillais pour eux. À cause de tout cela, j’ai perdu environ 30 minutes sur ma réservation et je suis arrivé en retard à mon rendez-vous. Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet établissement et je ne le recommande pas
EL HI reserved a 10x15 online, and when I arrived they had no 10x15s available. The access card I was given didn’t work, and the office was closed for the night. Luckily a staff heard me banging on the office door and came out to help me after hours. He couldn’t get the card to work but gave me a manual code. Overall staff was excellent but management seems terrible.

J’étais au 2ème étage et en voulant payer ils me chargent 10$ de plus me disant qu’à partir du 3ème étage on charge les frais de climatisation et qu’en réalité le 2ème étage est en fait le 3ème étant donné que c’est le système américain. Somme nous au Québec ou aux USA? Et ces frais n’étaient même pas affichés sur les unités en question. Je trouve ça déplorable et je vais faire suite.

Assurez-vous de voir le casier avant de le louer, car il font du surbooking, vous vous retrouvez coincé et devez accepter de payer plus cher pour avoir une supposée bonification de l'espace de rangement.

I was forced to take a bigger unit after making a reservation online which has not been respected by the employees and blamed the system when I had my proof. Ended up costing me way more on the long run. I could not change for a smaller unit later because it would be time consuming and i had heavy stuff. At least if there was a price adjustments offered for all those months but no, many increases of course.. if I ever need a storage again I will not go back there nor recommend to anyone.

C’était la pire expérience de déménagement.

When trying to reach the location, i kept getting transferred to the central. The people I spoke to (3 people at 3 different times) could not reach the Cremazie location either. No one at the location was logged onto the chat even though it was during hours of operation. It took me over 2.5 hours of calling and waiting to finally be able to upload my ID which was already on file (the system wouldn’t recognize it) and process payment. I received no help from anyone. Then when I got to the location, a padlock was in the locker I had rented. I had to wait in line in order to get someone to give me access to my new unit. (I was transferring from a large unit to a smaller unit. I’ve been a customer at this location for 13 months.) Not to mention I was provided with the managers email address in order to request help and he never responded to my email. Overall, below average service. It’s disappointing.

When I came to the facility on the moving day I was told that the unit I booked is not available and I can only get a smaller one (5' x 5 or 5' x 8'). I chose a 5' x 8' one, finalized the deal and went to check the unit to find out that it has a massive concrete pillar right in the centre (it's part of the building that just happened to be inside the unit that I was given). The staff were friendly, helpful and professional, but I would not recommend anyone using U-Haul storage services because of poor reliability. Everything could have been handled in advance by a simple phone call.

Déception pour un premier contact.

Granted its busy during peak times of the month there is still a level of customer service required when people are spending a lot of money with your company, even if they aren't. In a time when money is tight for most people and they are spending less, I would imagine that customer retention is high on the priority list for most if not all companies. I will not be renting trucks with U-haul any longer nor storing anything in their facilities.There are many companies that would be happy to have the business. By the way this is my fourth rental this year, one of them being for a cross provincial move. I have been left with a bad taste from my experiences at this point and will be sharing my experiences with friends, family and public. This review will also be copy and pasted to various U-haul outlets in particular the storage facility, and also google.
