I was satisfied with the service. While picking up the van, I had added a utility cart to the reservation. Unfortunately, when verifying the mileage and gas level, I forgot to to obtain the cart. I had already left the site, so I was was prepared to eat the utility cart fee. But. Upon returning, the check-in clerk noted that I hadn't gotten the utility cart, and graciously removed the cart's service charge. It was unexpected and I was quite pleased. Thank you.Cheryl F.

First, let me say a big THANK YOU to Tom and the Young lady at the counter, who helped me with my Uboxes to be unloaded by my Movers. They were very patient. On did my goods arrive safely. That's debateable. I am still looking for one of the furniture coats, which I expect to find when I am done unpacking. The only improvement that I would recommend is to seal the Uboxes better. My items were full of dirt as if they had been in a dust storm.TONIETTA H.

The truck we had Reserve was an hour late being returned, so we had to wait. Then I called complain and the lady tried to tell my reservation was for 11am not 10am. When it came in it was dirty and not cleaned. When reserved I requested a dolly, although I was not charged for it, it was not in the truck. Then instead of returning it to the U-Haul one mile from our new house in Mesa, the lady asked me to return it to Tempe and said the extra miles would be included, because they needed a 15 foot truck in Tempe. I agreed, the next day U-Haul charged me for the extra miles. I have used U-Haul many many times and never had a complaint. This time what's unacceptable, but hey the truck didn't break down so there's that.HARLEY D.

Vehicle was clean except for the bed. We brought it back except the bed was the same as we received it. No one came out to check it when we returned it to let us know that it was dirty. We still had 15 hours on the rental agreement that we could have cleared it ourselves. First time ever we've been charged a cleaning fee and we have rented from UHaul 4 previous times.Daniel M.

Car hauler tire half flat we bought a tire gage and it was half of what should be in there. The man / long time employee from west Phoenix was nice at the beginning. Then when we went back he was busy and was very rude made a very inappropriate comment that not only came as a threat but I felt unsafe if I upset him. He asked me to slide my card again then asked to have it to manually input. I said I slide my card now twice for all things I ordered also gave it on line.. then you would like to hand it to you to reput in is that working or is there an issue. He said, " First off lady you want to trust me! I'm the one hooking you car cart on the uhaul truck. So I would suggest you start trusting me. . I was shocked! The look he gave us. He followed us outside and said listen I was bombarded this women here yelling at me and another pissed she was waiting so long,then you decide to not trust me but want to trust me to hook up your vehicle. I replied, what ever. I was so upset. I work in the emergency Department and I know how busy you can get at work. Havent had a day off for 3 weeks . But I would never say something in this context and manner to customers or patients. I jumped up in the truck because I could feel my blood boil with resenting this company allowing to be treated like this. What a co.ete jerk. And he says he transfered to this uhaul and worked for 11 years and that just to get him to work out in that area they are offering him a free apartment. Well, I think you should really take a look at who you are dealing with. I plan to reach out to Coperate as this man should not be like this to customers that are spending to have a trailer hooked up safely no matter what type of day you are having.Nannett M.

Van that I rented had steering and brake pedal lock uo many times. I had to call Roadside assistance with all of my belongings in the van. I am not a happy customer and should NOT be charged for this.PATTI H.

I was the only customer there and it took way to long to get me in a truck . The truck was nowhere near where they sent me in the parking lot so I had to go back in to get help to find it across the otherside of the lot. The gas was wrong and the link I was sent didn't work for me to fix it so again back inside I go to get them to fix it. This all caused me to be late to my drop off and I had to rent the truck for another day. The price was wrong because they couldn't even look at the notes that should have been in the reservation. I called customer service and they were very nice but no real help, I was told they would call me but still no call. All in all it was a very bad experience next time I will probably use another location or just go to Budget.GEORGE C.

The truck I rented had a piece added to stop the rolling door from going into the body of the truck and getting stuck. It did not work and I almost lost a finger trying to release the door. The office could not mail me my closure paperwork and I had to drive to the location to pick it up.Brian M.

Have the vehicle ready for the customer. Don't have the customer run around the lot looking for a suitable truck. Don't charge the customer, who reported an unclean truck, the cleaning fee. If you say you guarantee a $50 rebate for the truck not being ready actually give it to the customer.Ray E.

Make sure the trucks are completely dented n fucked up, other than that they were the only uhaul that had 9foot cargo vansAmara T.
The truck itself was wonderful. Fit all of our stuff in it. The only issue I had was having to take it on the freeway. If I had to go over 50-55mph (freeways are 65mph speed limit) the truck would shake tremendously. Very unsettling. I did let the location know. Thank you.Adam P.

I paid off a $60 bill that I owed you the lady on the phone at your corporate office was extremely nice and helpful but inside of that location was one of the worst experiences of my life. Especially when I returned the truck and asked them if I could pay cash they had told me yes and then she just build my card without even asking me and said to bad call corporate office if you don't like it.HEATH Y.

The only issue was the lack of security of the premise. We chose to pick up ar 4:30 and a suspicious charactr climbed up onto the roof of one of your units. Other than that concern, checking out the equipment and checkin g in was great and hassle free.Daniel B.

I feel they tried to slide damage on the vehicle to the renter since none of it was marked on the checkout list, including incorrect gas . I asked for a 7 dollar dolly and they seemed put out when I refused an appliance dolly. Then didnt take it off the contract only to ask for it when I returned the van. Very disappointed in all my rentals over the years.JEFFREY F.

The thing I was disappointed with is the trailer I rented was supposed to be a 5-feet by feet trailer but in fact the inside of the trailer was only 51in, 9in short of the advertised size we had an item that was under 5 feet but more than 51in that would not fit down in there and we were very disappointed. You should post the actual size of inside of trailer.Sam M.
Me.Silva was dope, my brother in law and I came in to purchase a cargo van so we could U-haul or new BBQ grill home. Alexandro complimented on my Nintendo 64 T-shirt. The guy came out and removed the trailer that I was returning. He said that he would e-mail the receipt. The next day, I still had not received the receipt and I got 2 phone calls from U-Haul asking if I still had the trailer. Nobody seems to know what is going on.stephanie C.
