Jeffrey was a one man wrecking crew. I was in there Saturday and Monday and Jeffrey was their getting people in and out; from people checking out equipment to checking equipment back in. He was patient with each of us and took care of business as the line got longer. We reserved at 27th ave location. They called to say sorry we dont have a truck for you w/in 100 miles the day b4 we were suppose to pick up. We dont guarantee we will have a truck the size you need. What do you want to do. I freaked out, what do you think, after an hour back and forth, she finally checked locally and found one. I think she should have done that b4 she called me. Also we tried to cancel the free storage which was an hour away from us. and everyone said sorry we can't do that. So when we got moved I called the storage place direct and they said no problem we can cancel. Those other people must have been new. VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.JACKIE U.

First off worst experience ever with Uhaul. Was quoted one price online then picked the truck and was charged an extra $70 The guy was like he didn't see it on my reservation. The truck had inadequate headlights to drive st night. Even with the high beams on you could barely see the freeway. Turned an 11 hour ride into a 2 day adventure. The auto transport all tires were semi inflated. The straps came unlocked like 4 times during the trip. If the chains hadnt of been strapped to the cars rear end and front sway bar could of possibly lost my 1969 el camino on the freeway of we weren't constantly checking the mirrors to see if the straps were flapping in the wind or pulling over ever so often to retiggten the straps to be safe. So had to file a complaint with corporate about my rates and they saw I was only supposed to be charged the online quote. Needless to say now waiting to see how they plan on rectifying the horrible experience and refund me je difference and compensation for their faulty equipment. Stay tuned!MATTHEWS W.

It might help to have a memo on how lights turn on or off. I turned light off and the dome light stayed on. I tried all switches I knew for lights. It could run down the battery.KAREN V.

I got the truck. No dolly. Boxes of trash in the back. It also had cigarettes and pieces of pizza. Very dirty. The inside smelled like marijuana.Lorena L.
The app and website both had issues loading the rental extension page for me. I was able to call and have the trip extended, but had to sit on hold for 30 minutes. Also, a better experience with the website booking would be helpful - Searching by specific vehicle, location, and days needed brought up several locations. I picked the one that worked best for us, but the location was changed on us about an hour after we booked online. It made it a bit confusing, and during the change our trip somehow went from a three day rental, to a 4-hour rental with same day return. Other than those items, which is rather minor in the grand scheme of the experience, we enjoyed the service and plan to utilize it again. This location in particular was small, but had a very personalized feel to it, and the gentleman that assisted us with getting the keys was very polite.Jose C.

I rented a dolly, but it wasn't on the truck. I would just suggest to make sure all the items that we rent are there, please. I'm a girl and going back to the location to pick it up it was a waste of time for me even more cause I had to do it by myself, but overall it qork as needed.Estefany B.

Your system is the absolute WORST I've ever experienced. I waited for so long to book the reservation, then after I booked it; there was more run around. When I thought I was done, I then was met with more runaround. They ask for an alternate person and if they don't answer, we have to start all the way over. The store clerk can't help because the online people have â€œcontrolâ€ of it. Just a complete joke. Uhual and it's online system is complete trash and doesn't make it easy for the customer to be quick about it. I spent 45 mins just dealing with the foolishness.Mykala C.

Had to use app to puck up truck strongly felt it wasn't user friendly! If you are not a complete wiz at using your phone to sign up read the fine print ect I wouldn't recommend picking up or dropping off truck when their closed. Everything else was great!Tammy R.

Horrible customer service when I picked up, representative not willing to do a walk thru, didn't care about my concern regarding the vehicle I was driving plus it was in poor condition, not clean at allVERONICA H.
The truck was extremely dirty, smelled like a 100 year old bar, had a leak in the driver side rear tire that I had to air up every morning,, AND I was told at pickup that after 100 miles the mileage charge would drop to .19 per mile, I was charged .59 per mile for the entire rental.Jeremy K.
