She yelled something from the back when I arrived, I called to see how to get to the location and it was very confusing because the truck had to be parked by the gas station.

Shontil SI didn't have much problems with the facility other than the customer service employees were very dry and didn't seem like they were approachable or wanted to be at work. Upon return they weren't as multi tasking as they could of been to get customers handled in a timely manner. But overall they completed the task of renting the trucks.

Kimberly BThey first of all they first assigned me to a truck that did not have a battery so when I told them that they to assigned me a second truck. Then after I was done they did not give me a receipt now tell me if one’s anything els. so I did not know I still owed something til they tried to charge my card for a remaining balance that I later found out they claim on the second vehicle I went over mileage I gave them and then was for I was still being charged for the 1st truck I did not even use because they said that truck need use due it not having a battery . did not know that til after they gave me keys to first vehicle and went to try to started it up and it would not start. So it was a mess I had to call customer service and even go to there Human Resources department to investigate what happened. And it still was not really solved they still for months kept trying to chart my card so literally had to block them from my card. So definitely don’t recommend this location to anyone
LARHONDA ALonnie B was rude and very disrespectful, she sent my truck out to another person and then tried to tell us that we couldn’t get a truck when we reserved it days in advance. She also over charged me for the wrong truck and did not give us the equipment we payed for. I will not be coming back to U haul again.
sierra hI was a walk-in customer after another location didn't have the truck I had reserved available. The agent was super helpful and accommodating. She assured me she would do all she could to help me and she did just that. Her reassurance was comforting to my panicked nerves and her pleasant demeanor quickly put me at ease. I will definitely refer others to this location 😄!

JORGE ZTrailer had a bent back axle on the driver's side that I did not notice until it had my motorcycle on it. After that it vibrated constantly and I had to stop several times to adjust straps so that my bike didn't fall off.

Karen CDear U-Haul Customer Service, I recently rented one of your moving trucks and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was pleased with the customer service. The employees were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the rental process. The restroom was also clean, and I appreciated the excellent service provided by your staff. However, I experienced several maintenance issues with the truck that I believe should be addressed: The engine oil life indicator was showing only 8% during my rental. The tire service warning light was illuminated. The driver's seat cushion was coming apart, making the seat uncomfortable. There was a missing air vent on the passenger side of the dashboard. Although the truck was clean, the ride was extremely rough, which made driving less comfortable. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention so the vehicle can be inspected and repaired before it is rented to another customer. I appreciate your commitment to customer safety and satisfaction and hope this feedback is helpful. Thank you again to your staff for their excellent customer service. They made the rental process pleasant despite the issues with the vehicle.
Tasha BI explained my concerns regarding the transmission. The truck didn't recognize that it was in park a few times, so it wouldn't start. I believed that I should have received some of my money or a credit for my inconvenience. The employee thought that was funny. UHaul will never go out of business which is why no one really cares what happens with the customers experience, but people do have options.
Chris GMore gas than 1/4 in a bigger truck like the f650, 1/2 a tank will not let us worry about gas,. A customer can get the job done faster, and fill up on return.

HOWARD DI would give it a better rating if your computers would have been working properly, you higher quality inter net. The employees were awesome and very patient with what they had to work with.
Lucy FI needed to add gas, but was unaware. The service person did not notify me and give me an opportunity to add gas; causing a charge of $63 ($35 service fee and $7 gallon!) The gas station almost shares a parking lot with them. when I asked, why did he give me the opportunity to fill up? He replied “I don’t have to.” Horrid customer service!
