Abbas MI had ordered van with 10 furniture pads and hand truck. When I arrived van was "ready" with no pads or hand truck. I was given the pads, and a dolly which attendant found laying around. He told he would not charge the dolly, but it was charged anyway. Also tank was completely empty and return process was a mess.
Andrew BHaving one person work the counter and go out to the vehicles is not efficient. There was a line of people waiting to rent. I was next in line but had to wait over 45 minutes before I was serviced. This happens every time I rent from this location. Some of the employees are in the back parking lot on their phones and not doing anything. When I ask them to help me they ignored me and walked away. There are some lazy entitled employees at this location. The person that helped me was working hard while the other employees were doing nothing. I blame management for this level of service. Or should I say lack of management.

James Tcustomer service was terrible. First they were out of tv box I needed. Then I reserved a dolly, and the guy said " oh we are out" How can you be out of something I reserved. Plus I had reserved a 15ft truck and I guess none where available in all of San Jose Ca. They left me a voicemail saying my reservation was moved to a location 45 minutes away. That is something you need to talk to someone about instead of making the decision to think I am going to drive 45 min to get it and 45 min back to where I live. So I had to take a 10 ft truck and no dolly, No compensation of any kind was offered to me for this huge inconvenience
michael FThe last impression was the return process, which was quick and easy. The pickup process was much more difficult; first I could not find anyone working there, next, they would not take the new DMV electronic drivers licence, next, the exit was blocked by double parkers and I had to back the monster out the other exit; and last the vehicle had only 3 miles of gas in the tank, I pay per mile, and I have to drive out of my way to get gas because I can't want for something along my route, that is not acceptable.
Keith LThe location in Clovis was very open and inviting in the country, and that is expected to fit the area and I loved that location also. The curtner uhaul was very clean and inviting.
Anthony CHad to go to 2 different locations from my original reservation location. I was notified of the first change in pick up location but was not notified of the second. When I got to the third location, they did not have the 2 hand carts I had reserved. Inspection app to check out the truck was not working. Staff's only help was - Oh, it doesn't work sometimes, just take your own pictures. He made no attempt to step out to truck with me and try to make app work on my phone.
Debbie MIt was busy when we arrived, and at first it appeared that only one person was working. After about 10 minutes, another employee showed up and assisted. The associate at the counter was not welcoming or friendly. He was also passive agressive when we returned the rental. The location is close and has what we need when we need to rent.

Jan KEquipment return: I waited for 5-10 min at the designated spot, then someone came by and told me to go inside 🤷♂️ But overall, a very good experience and easy to rent from this location 👍🏼

Luke VThe U-Haul smell like cigarette smoke. The lock in the back was broke when I picked it up and also the gas cap wasn’t on when I picked it up. Also, there’s a lot of people in the mornings. I believe you need more employees to help out. There was a long line thank God I did my mobile app other than that location and I never had a problem with U-Haul. Thank you.
Yvette GCustomer service is always on point at this curtner location. I’ve been renting trailer from this location for yrs. Process is speedy and always pleasant. They truly do their best to get me in and on my way.

Omar AThis was my first visit to this location. The cargo van pickup was not troublesome, but the drop-off had a 45-minute wait with no one at any of the counters. There were about 10 of us waiting for someone to come. At first, a gentleman was on the phone, but he suddenly left without saying anything. Unfortunately, my phone was at Verizon for service, so I could not do a self-checkout.
Farzad FI received the truck with boxes of trash in it. I was driving to dump trash load and a pvc pipe from under the ignition area broke and was preventing me from stepping on brake. Near rolled into another vehicle. I swept out back of truck and cleared out my trash, plus the trash that was left in there, and was charged a cleaning fee for "Garbage Scent". I have done dump loads in uhaul trucks from this location tons of times and have never been charged a cleaning fee. The manager took no acknowledgment to my safety or me going out of my way to remove someone else's trash. I am very dissatisfied and will never go here again!
Erika VIs it necessary to merit that the staff you serve be speech-speaking? It is English and Spanish that there are customers who do not understand English very well. It is vitally important in this business.

Karpagam wVery bad customer service. Waited over 20 minutes in the office with no help when dropping off rental. Went outside to look for help and said to do it on line. I was getting better service at other locations.

martin mive been a repeat Moto trailer renter at this location. they always have a trailer available and staff are fairly quick and responsive. the only delays are busy periods of the month from movers wanting to rent (first and end of month usually). I would like to see a dedicated staff at the office to keep the line flowing as most staff do double duty in the yard and in office and there are times when no one is available at the desk. so please staff haul locations more!

essan kThe nice young gentleman at counter had the flu or a bad cold. Consider policies: - to allow him some compensation to take a day. If he's part time then u have all kinds of flexibility. $50 might do it..spin it as a keeping U-Haul workers safe. - pay a last minute bonus to replacement $50? Result: - Keeps other employees from getting sick: - less sick days and disruption - more efficient operation means more $$

MICHAEL HAlways an amazing customer experience here. There might be a line, but we all get the the attention when we hit the counter. I worked as a uhaul rep for another place before, and it was super awesome that when I returned my trailer that they were right there to guide me in and send me on my way without having to get out of my vehicle. Absolutely amazing.

Scott MIt started to rain so I brought the truck back a day early. I asked for a receipt so I could get a time stamp on the return and was told I'd get an email. I had to call in the next day to get my email receipt at the 1-800 number. She sent me the receipt which had a 4.5 hr late return but I brought it back at 12 noon. (This was not an honest mistake) and I would call it criminal. I was going to go back for another rental to finish up the job but having second thoughts about U-Haul and especially that location. It appeared to me that Daniel was there 'only' to collect a paycheck while doing as little as possible, and not good at customer service 'trying to avoid questions when asked'. Maybe he would be more suited with a job not having to talk to people.

ROSHANTA BThe attendant was so rude. He always reply to your inquiry sarcastically. When I return the trailer whuch is 6x12 double axle, its nit even equipped with a stand. When I removed it from the hitch, the trailer rolled back but this guy didn’t even help ir say something but just stares at me.
JEREMIAH AIt's very frustrating to bother to pay for and arrange a reservation ahead of time for two utility dollys because we KNOW we will need them and then arrive to check in and be told they are not available. What is the point of a reservation? The reason was they were given away to walk ins. This would be like if you make a reservation for dinner and your table is given away because someone else showed up first, even though you had an agreed upon time. This left us scrambling to find another dolly. Furthermore, it was then difficult to even get through on the phone to many other locations because they were busy and all the centralized call center could do was search and speculate that other locations could have one. The people I interacted with at the facility when returning the truck were helpful and pleasant, hence why I indicated I would recommend this location, but the process of making reservations for high-use items is something that needs to be improved.
STEPAN UMy furnitures were broken when it has arrived. I do not know if it happened during transit or while in the storage. I do not know how to rank this storage.
