All of the customer parking spots were filled with U-Haul equipment; there was nowhere to park!

RICHARD PHow many restaurants have their customers park in the far back of the lot .This really sends a terrible picture to your customers Curious if the owner of this Uhaul has to park in the back ? There is a reason why customer parking is as close to the ENTRANCE of any good business

MICHAEL SBoth gentlemen at the counter in the morning and afternoon were friendly and helpful. Morning person (sorry did get his name) was able to switch my rental from a van to a flatbed truck- he easily took care of that for me. Afternoon guy was just as helpful with getting my car checked back in and receipt for services. ALL GREAT and we are repeat customers. If my experiences were not as good as they have been, I wouldn't return. BUT i'm GRATEFUL they are positive each time. THANK YOU

JEFFRY MThe staff, especially the General Manager of this location needs to be trained in the aspects of customer service. While my practical needs were met, not once did he interact with me as a customer in a friendly or courteous manner. It was like interacting with an ATM or self check out. Otherwise my practical needs were met, the truck was clean, ran well, and the return process was easy.

EDUBER BThe staff at Del Monte & Byron Center were both fantastic and very helpful. We had WAY too many furniture pads. I gave back 95% of them before we left CA they took up too much room. But I guess it’s better to have too many than not enough. I asked them to make a note so we wouldn’t get charged for missing ones.
LEAH DThe person doing registration took 30 mins. And just kept saying she didn’t know the computer system. She reported she was only at the desk because her job was doing boxes and they were falling on her. It put my move 30 mins behind. That’s $200 I paid movers because of this

MICHAEL ZThe app was absolute garbage. The verification process was asinine and didn't even knowbwhat it wanted, let alone how to communicate that tobuts users. Not to mention that there is no hint, whatsoever, that upon following the link to begin pickup that you will then have to go through a verification process that succeeds in protecting its users so well, by way of preventing users (who paid for the service) from access. I build computers, I've created an app, I'm not some early year millennial who barely made the cut-off by a technicality. No, I'm a first generation YouTube millennial who currently uses Linux, Android, Command Line, and prefers online systems for their efficiency. But this one? Let me put it this way: after sitting in my car in front of the store for 15 minutes doing my best to make it work, I decided it wasn't worth it, went inside, skipped all the needlessly overt verification nonsense, and got my rental from the outstanding customer service professional on-site in less than 5 minutes. That is both a testament to how great his service was, and simultaneously, how awful the app pickup process is. I will try the app again if I move in another 3 years. But if I need another rental soon, I will be bypassing that and going for a more efficient way of conducting business: competent on-site customer service professionals. Just like the one who got me squared away.
