EV chargers are not ready for customers- i had to call Blink technical emergency to get them to release the charger.

Theodore MDrop-off was quick & easy, & the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I was charged an unexpected extra fee due to poor communication at the pickup location. While the staff explained it well, this should have been made clear upfront.
Breanna EI rented a 9" van and it was clean and a new vehicle. My only recommendation is to clean the windows before the next rental. I needed to clean the windshield and side windows before my trip. Overall, this U-haul location is a big and organized operation with a great lobby and packing merchandise. I was very impressed! Thank you!
Richard JI got charged a fee of $100 for cleaning of the unit but my use of it did not cause that. The exterior was already dirty and I had already found the cargo in need of a vacuum and I found a cigarette butt in the cabin and a hanger in the cargo area but although that didn't affect my necessities I still got hooked for the cleaning fee.
Luis PHad a bit of a glitch with the app and loading close out photos. Was able to call customer support who made it painless to correct. The U-Haul app definitely needs some work still however the solid customer support saved the experience. Was able to talk to a real person for help as well which was critical for this style of problem. AI 'agents' have lost my business twice just in the last few days because they couldn't solve the issue. It was a huge relief to not have to deal with one during a stressful time like moving.

Richard PWe rent from this location all the time! Occasionally, the trucks on the outside look pretty ragged. Our major complaint is the huge increase in mileage fees. We may have to start looking elsewhere.

Penimina IVehicle was not properly reserved for us so we had to downsize by quite a bit. When we returned it, we were told we would receive a $50 credit, which we did not and have not been able to get ahold of the manager. The gentleman that checked us out was kind, though, and helpful.

MICHAEL SBoth gentlemen at the counter in the morning and afternoon were friendly and helpful. Morning person (sorry did get his name) was able to switch my rental from a van to a flatbed truck- he easily took care of that for me. Afternoon guy was just as helpful with getting my car checked back in and receipt for services. ALL GREAT and we are repeat customers. If my experiences were not as good as they have been, I wouldn't return. BUT i'm GRATEFUL they are positive each time. THANK YOU

While my practical needs were met, not once did he interact with me as a customer in a friendly or courteous manner. It was like interacting with an ATM or self check out. Otherwise my practical needs were met, the truck was clean, ran well, and the return process was easy.

EDUBER BThe staff at Del Monte & Byron Center were both fantastic and very helpful. We had WAY too many furniture pads. I gave back 95% of them before we left CA they took up too much room. But I guess it’s better to have too many than not enough. I asked them to make a note so we wouldn’t get charged for missing ones.
