We could not even open the back of our truck because some genius painted in and shut it before it was dry. so we had waste 3 hours going to another location to get a working truck, and because of this ridiculous delay, we were not able to move out by our designated time and have been charged another 350$ for a late move out. Your company needs to not only refund the bullshit price of a broken rental truck, but reimburse us for the late fee we accrued do to your shitty broken truck. Please refund to our card on file immediately or send a reimbursement check to us at Karissa Catlin, 7496 S Hazelton Ln, Tempe AZ 85283 or you wlll be hearing from us asking for management if this is not appropriately resolved immediately.

I was charged $34.38 for 6 gallons of fuel whenever my rental was returned with exactly the amount of fuel that I left with. 1/4 tank received and 1/4 tank when returned, but was still charged.

Unfortunately your system was down and we did lose people that were helping us move we went to go get them and they left so we weren't able to move anything but when we went to pick up the trailer the gentleman was so nice and professional unfortunately it didn't do us any good to get the trailer but we did get a refund and you guys were very kind so yes you all is very professional and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone

It was mostly clean but I found some some screws and one bolt in truck and didn't know the straps and blankets were not included. Staff was great, picking up and dropping off was great 👍

The only thing you need to do is change the steering wheels in the vehicles. They are so worn out and when they get hot, they are sticky and gross. Other than that, everything else was great.

The young guy that checked out the truck was not rude but made no eye contact and only said what he had to. I got home with the truck and saw where I was supposed to do specific things before I drove the truck away. A bit more customer service is needed.

Had a horrible experience with me renting at this location. We rented on a Friday night before closing and the rental truck we had was under the range for fuel. It was at 1/4 and the guy there told us to bring it back at 3/4 and that they would reimburse, and just to keep the receipts. I returned the car and spoke to someone Saturday night and told me that i need to speak to Sean. The manager Sean was never available even though I called during business hours, took me a week to get a hold of him. I spoke to him and he said that U-Haul doesn’t reimburse for overfilling, but i wasn’t overfilling i was following his employees orders. He kept going on the same loop that they don’t reimburse and was not listening to any of my concerns. Very disappointed and expect someone from corporate to reach out.

At first I was set up with the infinity inn location and then learned at time of pick up that they need to transfer me to a further location because the one I set up the day prior does not have a drop box so I ended up paying more than I wanted for this service the app kept messing up so I couldn’t submit the photos of the gas levels were less than what was shown on the screen at pick up I have photos I took outside of app showing I was clearly in the lot still before taking off and another thing the one I was provided had no lock so my belongings were not secured in truck over night until storage facility opened the next morning I always recommended U-Haul to those around me but if this is how service is going to be now then I’ll go elsewhere next time and I use you guys every year it’s a shame this was my experience this time around!

I don't need to rent from your company often, but if & when I do I can count on you to be there. Your trucks are always clean & ready to use. Now the process to rent a truck is so much easier than ever. I didn't get his name, but I was greeted with a big smile & I was in & out & on my way in about 10 mins. Wow that's a record.

Great service at this location to drop off the automobile transport trailer which we used to transport our truck 1500 miles from St Louis to Phoenix. Drop off location is super convenient and was only 2 miles from home. This is a large facility which has just about any size or type of UHaul you would want.

Not much with this location but the original pickup was a disaster. I was supposed to pick up at didn’t have it ready for me at 6 am so I had to change the location and was told that it would be ready for 6:30 and it wasn’t the support person was wrong they didn’t even open till 7, and then I was sent a text with the wrong address to pickup the trailer for you guys, and the trailer was actually net set up properly and was missing a peg which made me late to arriving due to the ramp popping out of place because it was missing a peg. My new apartment office was closed because my day had gotten so messed up from U-Haul that I didn’t have anywhere to stay because of all of the trouble I had.

The online check in / early pick up was completely non functional. No customer support with call in numbers or live chat or call back. All of it was non-functional. Had to wait an hour for the store to open to get my rental. Missed the furniture blankets I had ordered as well.

No one there, poor signage. No Personnel as it was before business hours but I had to check something. U-Haul seems to want the customer to do everything….next thing I’ll be asked to change the oil and wash the truck. I like U-Haul but the company has really digressed over the years.

Location is awesome. Get corporate to improve the web site. I should be able to search by equipment and they see who has it, versus looking by location to see what they have. Also, all those questions to buy things I don't want or need that pop up after making my primary selection are a pain and an annoyance.
